We have no knowledge of the allegations we are being accused of. The customer should have a copy of his contract, and he can check his information himself with his finance lender. We recently spoke with the customer and he did not mention any of this when he called to check his options for a new vehicle. The customer has not returned our calls on trading in his vehicle for a new loan, therefore there is nothing else the Dealer can do at this moment. If Mr. [redacted] has any more concerns we must refer him to NNA Consumer Affairs 1-800-NISSAN- 5 option 7 for any buy backs request or lemon claims.Thank you,[redacted]Owner Loyalty ManagerBuena Park Nissan

Proposed to customer refund of $836.88 back to her bank she financed with.  Customer accepted offer and we are sending a check to the bank next week.

[Yes I did receive the payment but I was not able to cash it until the 16th. I did not have a car I had to rent one I had to get to work, I have a baby I needed transportation. I was not able to cash the check because it had to be verified by their business office. I tried every single day to cash it at different times and every single time no one was there, no one in the office could verify the person that did it was at lunch, their office was closed  and they dont work on the weekends I even called the dealership to see if a manager or someone could please verify it but didnt have any luck finally on the 16th I guess by this time the teller felt sorry for me and cashed it. I would like and I think that they should be responsible for my rental since I could not cash a check from them for 16 days the total was $880.11 ]

We installed new rear brakes prior to vehicle sale, front brakes were over 50% per CPO guidelines. Per CPO guidelines tires were above 50% tread life remaining and matched per axle. We did assist this customer in covering half  the cost of the alignment when the customer hit a pothole and...

blew out a tire. We have complied with Nissan's CPO guidelines on this vehicle. This customer is a Lyft driver and has put about 8,000 miles in 2 months on the vehicle which is above average mileage driven for California.

Puente Hills Nissan is a Nissan dealership but  the lease is with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, therefore we have no authority to waive the penalty on early termination.  We are just a middle person who takes your lease return and notifies NMAC to come and pick up the vehicle. ...

Then they inspect the vehicle and bill you for any billable items which in this case are remaining payments, wear and tear and the disposition fee which are all stipulated on the lease contract you signed. We are sorry that you were mislead by one of our employees.  If you could provide us with a name of that person, we will talk to him/her.Thank you.

“Puente Hills Ford seeks complete customer satisfaction from our customers. We would like to offer, at this time, a discount for the Guardian Shield Product of $1100.00 for their inconvenience. Payment will be mailed to the address on file.”

BUYER BEWARE

I would advise all car buyers to do research on the Brown Auto Group
(Puente Hills Nissan) prior to purchasing a vehicle. If the check the vehicles
before putting up for sale these items should be found. I have never in my life
had to put this much time and effort in any vehicle I have purchased.

The sold me a vehicle with

Faulty front hub bearing
Faulty scalloped front tires
faulty fuel sending unit
(notifying the bureau of automotive repair)
Order of events:

1. 5/16/15 Went in on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle. A employee took the
keys home so the vehicle was unavailable for purchase.

2. 5/17/15 Returned Sunday to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was
advertised at $3988. The finance manager tried to sell me multiple add on's so
the vehicle was 1500-2000 dollars more than the advertised price. I walked away
from the deal. I email the General Manager and he said it should have been sold
at the advertised price.

3. 5/18/15 Returned Monday and purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was
advertised at $3988. I was charged $3998. (will notify weights and measures)

4. 5/18/15 Drove the vehicle home and noticed a noise coming from the front
end. Checked the tires and found that they were scalloped. I thought, no big
deal, its just the tires.

5. 5/30/15 Purchased 2 new front tires and realize the noise was not the
tires.

6. I remembered the vehicle came with a 3 month/ 3000 mile warranty.
EXACT Wording on warranty:

Front Wheel Drive
All internal lubricated parts, axle shafts, constant velocity joints, front
hub bearing

7. 6/13/15 Returned to dealership to have warranty covered item replaced. I
was told the warranty only covers internal lubricated items.

8. On 6/15/15 the dealership offered to replace the bearing for free and  a
50% discount on the sending unit.

9. 6/19/15 Returned to the dealership to have the hub bearing
replaced.]

Mr. [redacted] brought in his vehicle on Friday 6/19 to have the wheel bearing replaced for free.  He was happy when he left.If he has any concerns or issues, let us know.Thank you.

I am so sorry for the late response on this. I did speak with the customer in a timely matter but must have forgotten to respond via email to you.Nevertheless, Since the filing of this complaint we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and informed him that we are refusing to do business with him due to...

his inappropriate behavior towards our receptionist during his last visit. We have checked with corporate and they have let us know that he can move forward at any other Nissan dealership his transaction does not need to be processed through Buena Park Nissan (this as well was disclosed to him). Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

After reading the previous complaint we understand that the customer has purchased elsewhere and unless he is looking to purchase another vehicle there is nothing further that we can offer him. We will not reciprocate nor participate in continued name calling and bashing via internet. Sincerely,[redacted]Brown Automotive GroupOwner Loyalty DirectorOffice: [redacted] Office 2: (714)690-3100 ext. [redacted]

We apologize for the late response but this customer has been contacted by the dealership and we have come to resolution a while back.
We have unwound this deal and the customer returned the car she is satisfied with the resolution at this time.

Thank you,

Revdex.com: im extremely disappointed in the amount of time it took and the extreme effort it took on MY part to obtain my registration. I want Ford to know that I will not endorse their product ever and will not purchase or lease a Ford ever in the future. The general manager has yet to contact me regarding the continuous emails and phone calls I’m still receiving from the dealership requesting for me to buy a car from them. I already have. Four months to obtain a registration is utterly ridiculous.

schedule the service appointment. Please call him at the dealership at (626) 626-2608.  Thank you.

I don't find the offer acceptable, but it seems I have no other choice. I think they should have properly inspected the car before selling it.

[redacted]Our company policy mandates that we do not pay off the trade until the loan is funded

Mr. [redacted] bought a 2012 focus on 6/11/2017. While doing a walk around inspection before taking delivery of the vehicle our sales rep noticed the front passenger side tire had a nail in it. The customer and our sales manager agreed on leaving the vehicle at our dealership to replace the tire before...

taking full delivery of the Focus. The service and parts department were closed so we waited for the next day. The tire did have to be ordered and Mr. [redacted] was aware of this. When the tire arrived it was installed and they took delivery of the vehicle. Mr. body and his daughter came back for repair that were promised at the time of purchase and the installation of the alarm a few weeks later. The alarm is installed and everything that was promised is fixed on the vehicle: window tint was fixed, the driver side adjustment handle for the seat, cut and program an extra key, order new floor mats, replaced front passenger side tire, and did a complete detail on the vehicle for any inconvenience. I have kept in contact with Mr. [redacted] since 6/14/2017 when he came in for his due bill the first time.

We have complied with Nissan's CPO guidelines on this vehicle. The recommended brake service regular price is $720.00 plus the brake fluid exchange $109.00, we previously offered the brake service to the customer at the discounted price of $680.00  plus the brake fluid exchange $109.00 however in the interest of customer satisfaction we are willing to perform the recommended brake service at the discounted rate of $390.00 plus tax, plus the brake fluid exchange $109.00.
