I did acknowledge the fees until I read them and at that point I verbally told them I was no longer interestedAnd said
no thank youAt that point I thought the account was closedR*** told me okmonths later I received an invoice from a totally different company name implying that since I applied even though there was no terms given and it was to a different company that I was obligated to their termsIt's a switch and bait companyI told them I have maybe American express request a yearI was just curious in finding about their company and before I know they sent me application with no terms for me to signI didn't even agree to their termsAnd I don't do that much business because I am an actress and spend most of my time studying scripts

Hi, thanks for your help I reject this decision because I never know that this company will charge $because on their web site they didnt mansion that there is a monthly fee and also there is canceletion fee which is $why should anybody sign a contract for this service there is soo many same services totally free I didnt sign any contract the sales rep told me you have to setup account on line I told that person I m not a computer expert sales rep told me ill help you it will take only minute she was on phone with me and I did as she said I did not know she was lying to me and having me sign contract this compony is fraud all sales persons are lairs I call them and I asked for recorded conversation and signd contract they denaied to provide any proof that I accept any contract or accept any monthly fee I call them many times they are very unprofessionals and rude they are thef hunting innocent citizens they are scamers I am gonna take them to court I beleive this compony will be black list and will be guilty for Email fraud I allready made a complain to illinois state attorney office and I promisse Merchant Account Solutions will pay the for this fraud,
And I know I am not only victim there is soo many innocent victims but I m not gonna pay them a dime for there fraud,

I am rejecting this response because: My account has fulfilled the contract and when I switched to another credit card company, this company (I-payment) continued to take out money from my account annually they charged me twice and also on January 2nd The account number with this service is 4***it is funny that they are saying this account is still active because "***" the person I spoke to on January 9th at 1:said the account have been closed and she would credit this As this was brought to my attention, I started looking back and found another along with a cancel feeThis is after my contract was more than fulfilled to the full term of three yearsI-payment owes me totalThis is what they have been taking out of my account with out my permissionthey were hired by merchant lynx services, which is my old credit card carrier. This is once again the first time that I have seen this form!!!!! Are these forms being invented for this purpose? I am willing to pay the $cancellation fee and you have the equipment in your possession Why do I have to pay for equipment does not, and never will work again You were also asked to stop removing money from my account while this matter is resolved and you have continued to take it I asked my bank to reject claims from you but yet you still get it How is that possible? How do you manage to get around these things?

It would appear that the defense offered by the business boils down to: if they are able to hide the fact that they will be taking additional funds from their customers in the small print, never disclose what the amount of these charges will be in advance, and then successfully disguise the charges in the monthly statements, then it is valid for them to take that money from a chump like meIf the undisclosed amount of this "fee assessment" had been $rather than $174, would that still be valid? How about $17400? My fault for not hiring a lawyer to read the application before signing? While it may be that they are technically within their rights in taking this money from me that still leaves them as still owning the titles of dishonest and unethical

I am rejecting this response because: I Payments was notified in a timely manner of our stopping using there servicesTheir attempt to avoid closure by setting up requirements to avoid timely closure is not an .acceptable requirement the very fact that no amounts were submitted to them for service, is ample testimony to underscore the closureIn my conversations with there agents, they kept requiring me to switch to other agents until they cut me offI will be blogging their fraudulent billing for no service to all businesses represented in our Rotary Club and our non profit museum associations, as well as pointing out their excess costs of services compared to E Commerce solutions which we changed toWhen you see the number of complaints against them, it confirms that an A rating by Revdex.com is a terrible mistake

HelloWe understand the concern for Unidatum Integrated ProductsUnfortunately, iPayment has never received a signed closure form from the principal on the merchant accountOn 7/11/12, a service rep advised via e-mail cancellation is handled by our Customer RelationsO 1/13/we sent a
closure form via e-mail to the merchant; however, a signed closure form was never receivedThe account closed 1/29/due to non-payment and has been forwarded to the third party collection agencyUnfortunately, all services will be handled by the collection agency to collect any month end fees by the merchant account

HelloiPayment acknowledges the concern for the image of any companyAfter investigating the merchant account, iPayment did not "blacklist" Chrono East Trading LLCThe merchant service provider, iPayment, was required to cancel the account because of the breach of agreement with the company
The original merchant account was initially set up to sell "costume goods"; however, Chrono East Trading LLC's products were not "costume goods"Because iPayment did not place the merchant on any "blacklist," there is nothing iPayment can do to withdraw Chrono East Trading LLC from such a listMoreover, if the merchant is having issues setting up new accounts due to our actions, please contact our Risk Department to clarify the issue

We have reviewed the above complaintDue to multiple chargebacks coming through within the first month of service we did close the accountNotification was sent for each incoming chargeback as well as a notice of termination that was sent 6/11/We are showing each debit we have attempted on the
merchant’s account we rejected and it now appears the bank account has been closedNone of our fees were able to be collected and the chargebacks are still being disputed therefore no refunds will be placed to the customer’s account at this time

We do show that this customer’s account was closed in April as they requestedWe are showing that there was a monthly charge of $a monthSince the customer said they were unaware the account was opened we agreed to refunding one year of fees as courtesyThe total amount of that is $however after looking further into the account it looks like those fees had been rejected from the customer’s bank and we were never paid on thoseInstead of placing a refund for the $we will instead be waiving the collections balance owedThe customer will not incur any further charges

Hello,The merchant account number you provided was closed 1/2/2014. You spoke with our customer service 1/12/and they agreed on a refund and this was issued for $159.00. There are no fees being withdrawn on this merchant account number further.Thank you
