RE: Complaint ID# [redacted] Dear Revdex.com,We have researched the completed transactions in question and have found that the customer has most recently refused delivery of a shipment but the corresponding invoice # [redacted] was paid for in the amount of $1,which is being refunded in full to the customer with our refund check #on 4/09/The other two transactions completed in are past the terms of our return policy which is stated on the invoice "no returns or refunds past days" additionally we have never received any written correspondence or phone calls from the customer requesting or complaining about anything.Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This business is fraudulently charging for toner supplies that were never sent (we did NOT refuse shipment of any products, these products were NEVER SHIPPED). We did receive a refund from the company for the paid invoice. HOWEVER, it is obvious that this business is sending out fraudulent invoices to many businesses, who pay the invoices and never catch that they were defrauded. I believe that is how IT Tech Products stays in business, by refunding those who complain but making money off the businesses that never catch on to their fraudulent scheme

This is an outright lie. We have never placed an order with this business and have never heard of this business before receiving their fraudulent invoice. We can all see from the many, many very similar complaints lodged with the Revdex.com and other agencies that this is the common practice of this business. They send fraudulent bills on nonexistent accounts and attempt to collect from businesses for goods or services never received or even ordered in hopes that their mabill will just be paid without question.
