I never spoke with this company so therefore there is no way I cancelled the "supposed" order. We have never ordered from IT Tech Products. I left a message after receiving the invoice and received a voicemail on 2/25/that the company would cancel the invoice. Also NO fax was ever received from IT Tech Products providing us with a copy of any cancelled invoice

I have reviewed the response made by IT Tech Products in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that, although this proposed action would resolve my complaint, it is claim. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In his letter dated February 10th, 2016, Mr*** states that, "We have researched this transaction and have found that the order was cancelled by the customer because they prefer to receive products from another supplier. We sent a copy of the cancelled invoice to the customer via fax." It is not true that we cancelled the order because we never placed an order with IT Tech. Further, as of this date, no invoice was ever received by our office advising of the cancellation, of which cancellation never took place, as no order was ever submitted with IT Tech.It is baffling that companies like IT Tech, who falsely promote a product that is expensive in the first place, gets away with making claims by submitting bogus invoices to companies that never solicited their business. It is simply bad business practice

The response is totally ludicrous We never ordered anything from them and they never delivered anything to us We simply received the invoices attached and paid them I am the bookkeeper and when invoices are put on my desk, I pay them Somehow these invoices landed on my desk, and without checking to see if they were approved, I paid them When the 4th invoice arrived, I thought it was an awful lot of toner that was being ordered and I questioned it.No one in our office ordered the toner, we never received it, and we determined that it was a scam The only thing that we ever received from IT Products were invoices.When I called the phone # on their invoice, I received a recorded message I left a message with my name and phone # and NEVER received a call back I proceeded to call a second and third time and never received a call back.I have not received their refund check # *** which they claim they cut on 5/8/ IT Tech Products is involved in a phishing scheme, sending out phony invoices in the hopes that businesses will pay them without checking their authenticity, and is making thousands of dollars defrauding people.There are numerous complaints about this business on line They have been getting away with this since for a very long time.PLEASE HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK AND C:LOSE DOWN THIS BUSINESS!Regards,
