with our refund check #1696 on 4/09/16. The other two transactions completed in 2015 are past the terms of our return policy which is stated on the invoice "no returns or refunds past 90 days" additionally we have never received any written correspondence or phone calls from the customer requesting or complaining about anything.Thank You.

There should not have ever been an invoice to cancel. It is fraud to try and bill an individual or a company for a product that they never ordered, and never received.

Review: Our office received an invoice in the amount of $[redacted] from IT Tech Products for toner (which was not ordered and not received). This occurred before on February 14, 2013 when we wrote to Inventory Distribution Center in [redacted] (which we believe is the same company as IT Tech Products) advising them that we did not order the toner cartridges, that numerous attempts were made to contact the company by telephone.Desired Settlement: This company is scamming the general public. They should be stopped, be put out of business, have the state of California levy some sort of fine on them.
We want them to cease and desist their fraudulent practices.

We never placed an order with this company. They are sending out fake invoices to companies in the hopes that someone will pay them. We never ordered from them or received product from them. They are trying to steal. This was not a mistake, it is a scam.

Review: Review: The same as other recent complaints, our office received an Invoice, # [redacted], for $1690.00 from IT Tech Products for copier toner I did not order nor received. We will not pay this invoice. We have a maintenance contract with a local firm. I read IT Tech's response on previous complaints and do not appreciate IT Tech responding that the customer cancelled the order when an order was never placed. We also view this as an attempt at theft and definitely fraud.Desired Settlement: Confirmation that invoice is voided.

Our company did not cancel an order we did not place. IT Tech's response is fraudulent. My response to them was prove we ordered the product and prove we received it.
Review: Our office received an invoice for $1690 for toner which we never ordered. Several attempts to reach the company result in only a voice mail. they typically contact your office and ask for the model of your copier, we always let them know we are not interested and ask to be removed from their call list. We purchase and receive through a reputable company.Desired Settlement: Would like the invoice cancelled and not to be contacted again.

IT Products had no authorization from our firm to ship any products. I have demanded a refund from payment sent on 2 invoices that were paid by our A/P department by mistake. I have yet to receive any refund from IT Products for products it never sent.

After some basic research on the internet, it is obvious this company is sending fraudulent invoices and trying to scam businesses into paying for products the company never provides.Desired Settlement: No settlement is required. Review: IT Tech Products sent an invoice for copier toner that my company neither ordered nor received. I believe the invoice was sent with the intent to defraud. Our controller should not have paid the invoice but she did. The invoice was for $1828.27, was paid by check and the check was cashed. Many calls have been placed to the phone number listed on the invoice. We have left VMs asking for our money to be refunded but have not been able to reach anyone.Desired Settlement: Refund $1828.27.
Review: Today we received an invoice from IT Tech Products for UNORDERED toner cartridges. The amount of the invoice is $1,676.00. We receive our copier toner from an authorized vendor which is NOT this company. I attempted to contact this company but have not received a response. The invoice states that delivery is 3/13/15 and we will refuse this unordered delivery - if it is shipped.
When I went on line to research this company, the reviews listed refer to this company's sending invoices as a "scam job," and a "telephone scam." The reviews for this company are dated 8/2011 to 8/2014.Desired Settlement: We ask that this company no longer send out invoices for UNORDERED toner supplies. We ask that they remove our company name and address from their data base and that they do not contact us again.

Review: Much like the other complainants, we received an invoice from this company for $1,690 for 4 toners. We have never heard of this company and never ordered this. I tried calling and there is a recording that wants you to leave a message. This is obviously a fake company sending invoices to companies that may have a faulty accounts payables system and hoping someone slips and pays them. Someone needs to pull the plug on this "company". Such efforts to take money from people could be used for better causes...Desired Settlement: No services or goods were ever requested, so eliminate the balance you have for us. Never contact us again.
