IT Tech Products Reviews (121)

Review: Our business received an invoice from IT Tech Products dated 7/14/2015 with product ship date of 7/15/2015, billing for 4 generically described toner cartridges. We have no previous contact with this company and did not order any product. I called to resolve the matter, but only received a voicemail and have not received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: Requesting IT Tech Products deletes any and all invoices relating to our company since no product was ordered and no business relationship exists. Further requesting that IT Tech Products removes our company from all their systems of record. We desire no future communication or business relationship with IT Tech Products. Recommend IT Tech Products be taken out of business for misleading and fraudulent business practices.

Regards,

Review: We recieved a call through our main line wanting to confirm the seriel number of our office copier. After our Receptionist gave the information to the individual they asked for her name and hung up. We recieved an invoice dated June 9, 2014 (Invoice #[redacted]) in the amount of $1,691.96 for toner for the machine. Our Receptionist was never told that she was placing and order for toner, in fact toner was never addressed, they simply asked for the serial number and her name.

Our toner is covered under our service contract with a local company. Further, our Recptionist is not authrorized to make purchases and would've stopped the call if that information was provided. We have attempted to contact the company several times. All calls are answered by a general voice mail and not returned.Desired Settlement: We would like a new invoice showing no balance due. In addition to a letter or notification confirming that this order was never requested or placed by any employee of this office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Although I would like to add that our company has NEVER had any contact with this company to either order or cancel any products. What this company does is scam other companies out of money for "product orders" that never existed. I urge Revdex.com to look into the illegal practices of this company as many people have received the same "invoice" as I have.

Regards,

Review: We received Invoice No. [redacted] from IT Tech Products in the amount of $[redacted] for 4 copier toners that we did not order, nor receive. We have never heard of this company. We have leased our machines from the same vendor for a few years now and receive replacement toners directly from them. I called the number on the invoice 1-877-910-2009 and left a voice mail. They never answered, nor did they return my calls. We do not want this to effect our credit in any way. THIS IS A SCAM!!!Desired Settlement: We would like the company to be closed down. In addition, the invoice should be canceled to confirm that this will not effect our firm's credit rating. I do not want to have to deal with this again.

Review: I received an invoice from this company today for 4 copier toners (Invoice# [redacted] for $1771.96). I never ordered any toner from this company, nor did I receive any toner from them. We currently have a copier lease that includes toner in the maintenance plan, so I would have no reason to order from an outside vendor. This company continues to call weekly trying get someone on the line to confirm address/and or copier info regarding sending manuals and/or toner and when I advise on maintenance plane and don't need, they hang up.

I will not pay this fraudulent invoice as I never ordered the product and do not want it shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive written confirmation from IT Tech Products that this invoice is not due or payable. I would also like them to confirm that no order was placed by anyone at this office and I would like for them to put us a DO NOT CALL LIST.

Review: On 9/22/14 we received an emailed invoice # [redacted] for (4) toners that we did not order, and invoiced for $1690.00.

This company is a scam and has been going on too long already, please get them out of business and have them STOP their practices of robbing the public. We are under a lease agreement with other vendor and toners are included.Desired Settlement: To see this outfit out of business

Review: We received an invoice in the amount of $1,690.00 (invoice # [redacted]) from IT Tech Products for Four Copier Toners. We did not place an order for these cartridges and are under contract with a different vendor for all of our toner and repair needs. After leaving messages with IT Tech Products I have not received a response. Since researching this company I am convinced we were fraudulently invoiced.Desired Settlement: We would like to have a voided invoice sent and see that all charges have been reversed.

Review: Today on 6/16/2014, we received invoice [redacted] (dated 6/13/2014) via the US Postal Service from IT Tech Products (sales person listed is VT) stating we owe a balance of $1,828.27 for toner we did NOT order. We have never heard of this company and have no idea how they have our mailing address. When we called them to have this invoice voided, however, there was an automated message saying to leave a message but then it states "error" so you can't leave a message. We were unable to contact them about this fraudulent invoice. Because we could not reach them, we researched and found numerous complaints similar to our situation on the Better Bureau Business website. Everyone in my company has been notified to not accept any packages from this company.Desired Settlement: We have not made any payments to this company because we deem this to be a scam. We demand this invoice be voided immediately in writing from IT Tech Products and that they cease their fraudulent activity immediately.

Review: We did not order toner from this company. They scammed someone within our offices into giving them the model of our copier an then billed us for 8 toners at a completely unreasonable price. Our copier is on an auto replenishment system and we do not order toner for this machine EVER. When needed, our toner comes automatically. The invoices made it to our payables department undetected, twice, and they were paid a total of $3,520.00 for product we didn't order. We also have no record of ever receiving this product. This company is a complete scam and I cannot understand how they have not been shut down.Desired Settlement: We wish to receive a refund of the total of both invoices in the amount of $3,520.00.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We did not cancel an order, because no order ever existed. We did not receive any fax from this company.

Regards,

Review: We received an invoice from IT Tech Products alleging that we made a very expensive order for printer toner cartridges and that it was shipped to our office earlier this month. I have confirmed with every member of our small office staff that we have never had contact with IT Tech Products. None of us has taken any calls in which we've shared what printers we have in the office (a common telephone phishing practice among toner pirates). Tellingly, the invoice does not specify what exact brand or model of toner was shipped. I have also confirmed that no toner has been received by our office.Desired Settlement: We are asking IT Tech Products to cancel this invoice and refrain from contacting our office in the future.

We currently have a copier lease that includes toner, so I would have ne reason to order from an outside vendor. I have received an invoice from this company before, a few years ago, and filed a complaint with this same office (which was handled quickly and smoothly by the Revdex.com). This is nothing more than toner piracy. I will not pay this fraudulant invoice.Desired Settlement: I would like this invoice removed. It says the item was shipped via UPS. If I do receive the toner, I will be more than happy to return it to the company, at their expense. However, given my experience last time, I seriously doubt that the package will be shipped/delivered.
