I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The letter from the company is a complete lie and is an exact copy of the other 44 billing complaints on the Revdex.com site. At what point does Revdex.com refer them to authorities for criminal activity? This is their model. They send out bogus invoices with the hope people in Accounts Payable do not have the knowledge that it is not an order that has ever been placed, and they knowingly accept payment fraudulently for materials never ordered. How is this allowed to continue after so many complaints? There is no recourse for the consumer. You cannot even call them to register a formal complaint. We thank you again for your assistance.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We reached out to the company the day the complaint was filed and left a voice message and got no response.We never contacted the company and placed an order for toner at any time. We demand proof that we Contacted them, That they shipped toner (shipping receipt, tracking number) and that we Declined shipment (Should have proof of that as well).We demand full compensation in full amount or will resolve to using our in-house attorney's to bring a law suit for fraud and sue for damages.

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Although I would like to add that our company has NEVER had any contact with this company to either order or cancel any products. What this company does is scam other companies out of money for "product orders" that never existed. I urge Revdex.com to look into the illegal practices of this company as many people have received the same "invoice" as I have.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We are satisfied that they have cancelled the order but we do not accept there reason for cancelling. The "company" claims in their response that "the order was cancelled by the customer because they prefer to receive products from another supplier." Implies that we were their customer at some point when in FACT we were never their customer and we never cancelled an order since we never ordered it! In addition, the "company" claims in their message that they "sent a copy of the cancelled invoice to the customer via fax. We will send an additional copy via USPS." It is only right they send us a cancelled invoice but we reject their reasoning for sending (because we have yet to receive anything from them) us this invoice which is that they claim we cancelled an order, when we have never had any dealings with this company nor will we ever. We want this scam company to take ownership of their falsehood and cancel the invoice, not skirt around and claim we cancelled this order and for the reasons mentioned above, we do not believe this resolves our complaint.
