I was once a "friend" of Kim B.'sShe helped me plan my wedding (a whole other story) and completely let me down As her friend she confided in me that she needed help making a bonus for a certain month with her ITWORKS productSI helped her (at the time not really being able to afford it) but being me, I decided to buy a product that in reality, I didn't even needI bought products from her such as the greens, facial wraps and hair pillsI never once questioned her on how much these products cost and how long I would be paying for themI EVEN HAVE THEM BEING SENT TO MY MOTHER IN LAWS ADDRESS AS WELL AS MY BEST FRIENDS ADDRESS because she needed to make her bonuses and she couldn't use the same addressI HAVE A**OUNTS OF IT WORKS PRODU**S BEING DISTRIBUTED TO DIFFERENT PLA**S AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE [redacted] IS GOING ON!! **On top of all of this, she has been sending my invoices with all of mine and [redacted] 's credit card information, address and phone number to a [redacted] in Nebraska FOR MONTHS!! This woman has been so concerned she has called me month after month informing me that she has all of my information and this woman continues to keep on sending her my receiptsI have this woman's phone number and keep in contact with her when this happensI notified Kim the first time and she promised she would double check the email address next time and Kim continued to do this more times She has totally robbed me of my money and identity AND DOES NOT EVEN **RE!! SoNicely, I sent her a text message letting her know I no longer want to receive these products I signed up for, as her friend and I don't even use themI get this email in response: "Hi [redacted] I am happy to assist you in cancelling your IT WORKS orders You (the credit card holder) will need to contact the IT WORKS **stomer Service Department to **ncel your orders The Phone number for **stomer Service is: (XXX) XXX-XXXX You have Accounts as you placed different orders: [redacted] - XXXXXXX - your original greens order [redacted] - XXXXXXX - your facials [redacted] - XXXXXXX - the greens that you placed last week In regards to [redacted] **talano and her email address that was changed weeks ago FYI: As I look into the computer on my end, the Greens order that you ordered last week has already shipped to ***'s address per our conversation upon placing the order at lunch last week Thank you for your business, I do appreciate it Kim B." I HAVE TO **N**L THIS ***!?? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE [redacted] I AM EVEN SIGNED UP FOR!!!!! [redacted] and I have been trying to contact ITWORKS to cancel our productsAfter numerous attempts of being on hold for literally hours, I am at my wits endI have boxes of unopened mechandise in my kitchen and have no clue how to go about this processMy mail lady has started blocking the orders from coming to our homeThese products cost me anywhere from 35.00-a month and APPARENTLY NUMEROUS TIMES A MONTH!!! I sent her this email earlier today: "Kim, I have tried calling the customer service line to cancel these products timesof those times I was holding for a representative for over an hourof those times I was hung up on because of the call volume I am asking for your help to cancel these products for meI have them being sent everywhereI have no idea how long I am getting these products forI was doing this as a favor to help you out at the time as a friend and I didn't question itI do not use these products and I feel as though I am being robbedI feel this way because we were friends and you never fully explained this process to me of how many products I would receive and for how longI am now denying the products from the post officeThis is getting frustratingI can't even go on the website to change my orders because I don't have a log in because as I said before, did this for you as a friend and left it all up to you!! I have been using the It Works products for about a year and a halfI love them! The Greens are the bomb! The wraps took me (a mom of 5) from a frumpy size 15/to a size And I love the facial line too Definitely worth it!
my experience with the It Works body wraps was disappointing and expensive I take full responsibility for the expense because I decided to take the risk, however the product had absolutely no effect at all! I followed the directions to the letter, I already drink 70-oz of water daily, my carbs and fats are already low and I am vegan so I eat healthier than anyone I knowand still after using an entire box of it works wraps, I did not lose even a fraction of an inch!
I LOVE It Works! products! Everything I have tried has worked and I'm happy knowing that everything's all naturalI had to call customer service with an order question and the customer service rep was so friendly and helpful and got everything straightened out in no time!

I called Itworks to stop an autoship that I did not sign up forthey told me since I could not complete the month autoship I would be charged dollarsI once again told them I did not sign up for autoship and in December talked to someone who said that this would be taken care ofI will never order from this company againthey are difficult to work with

Almost 100% of the time when a customer didn't have resultsIt was because they didn't use them as instructedTherefore blame the company Customers may have also not been taken care of like the company trains and emphasizes we distributors do This is a business! You don't fail...you quit! It's a statistic that 80%+ people who join will not work their business and likely quit This is who you hear from! People who quit and don't want to cast blame on their lack of efforts It Works Global prioritizes giving back We work to help people change their lives and we give hundreds of thousands of dollars to those in need If you've actually used the products consistently or worked your business consistently...you will not have anything to complain aboutThat is a guarantee!

Absolutely terrible customer serviceThey lost packages that I should have received and don't want to do anything to fix it, they're also continuing to charge my credit card and refusing me a refundThey told me that since I was cancelling due to all the shipping and billing issues they were going to charge me a $fee for not buying months worth of productsI wouldn't mind had I received the product, but I shouldn't have to pay for something that I never receivedThis company deserves an F rating for not being able to fix their mistakes and also for their extremely poor customer service

So about a month ago I bought my $It Works kit, a month in, I get pulled into a private chat with my upline and her upline being accused of being rude to other reps, emotionally attacked, removed from the team page and then blocked...I never did anything they said I did...then they start slandering me saying how I'm psycho and bi polarI contacted compliance and told them what was going on and that I wanted a refund on my kit for what I went throughThey REFUSED to give me a refund and told me they don't handle that stuff and I'd have to go to the police ***!!
