It Works is the worst company I've run into in a long timeI purchased a product from a rep and was placed on auto shippingTook pills ,broke me out in hives, had to go to dr
Asked rep to remove me from auto shipping, didn't even ask for a refundRep tried times and it kept saying it was going to ship
When I called customer service, they were HORRIBLE!!! Told me there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to send them a dr note! SERIOUSLY!!

I purchased these products about years ago from Melissa (Rep) in San Jose at an event I returned product to her and she was to refund my $but for the past years, I have still not received it I have called her numerous times to request reimbursement and she has planned to reimburse me, but it was never received I tried calling Customer Service and IT WORKS headquarters and they told me they are not responsible I wouldn't purchase IT WORKS PRODUCTS at all
Seriously the best company ever! The whole corporate team has a heart of gold and is all about giving back and helping others succeed! It's a company that focuses on a one team one mission leaving no one behind! You don't just join as another number but you join and become a part of an amazing family that wants to see you be successful, that wants to see you home with your family, that wants to see you debt freeAnd they will do anything in their power to make it happen! It's a company ran on integrity, Faith, friendship and family and I couldn't be any more proud to represent such an amazing name!! But not only the company, we offer a whole line of amazing products that will truly change and impact your life! There are products for everyone and I couldn't be anymore proud to stand behind the ingridients within our products!
It work's unfortunately doesnt workThey claim you will loose inches with their productsI have spent a year on these products, wrapping twice a week, using both the defining gel aand stretchmark cream, taking kinds of their pills (which dont work and has horse *** in them cause its natural!) I even tried the facial exfoliater necause I was told it would clear up my pock marks, nope still have creveses in my faceAfter consulting with two higher ups and getting thier help to get the products to work and they have notAs of a year later im the same size inch wise and weight wiseMy stretch marks are still there and my face looks exactly the sameIve never felt anything from any of thier productsI think they are all placebos with green grass in itBut bottom line it does not work
I've been a rep for It Works for over years now and am proud to be part of this company! I love the products, the opportunities they give to make more, do more and save moreWe are truly a team

II am not a customer but let me tell you a devious practice that turned me off from your practiceA peripheral FACEBOOK friend was cramming my newsfeed every day with up to ads for ItworksOne day I began to receive messages from my women FB friends saying this unknown person was sending them Friend requests!!! She was going through my list sending out requests as a business expansion tool! ThisIs an invasion of my privacyI don't want my women friends thinking they must know her through me and then annoyed at me for the deluge of spam on their walls.what kind of a company promotes that invasive shady practice? She never asked my permission and barely apologizedJust moved on to leech off another victimYou should be ashamed of yourself
Absolutely adore the products they have worked wonders for me I never thought that I would have the energy I now have ever again All thanks to the Greens I can power through my day!
I would like to submit a bad customer review for Michaela XXXXXXXXXXI was told by her that I would receive an email from her with additional instructions to maximize my wrap usageI waited and waited and didn't receive anythingI contacted her via Instagram and she said she would resendAgain I received nothing so I contacted her once more and she ignored my messages until I posted on an actual picture (the communication before had been via DM in Instagram) and she immediately replied via DM and later deleted my comment from her pictureShe said that she has a life and had no time to send my emailAs a paying customer, I expected to receive much better service and not a rant about having a lifeIt because so much more than an email not being sent and more about all the negative comments I had read and heard about once you purchase from itWorks you never hear from the distributor again and still gave it a shotThe distributor has since blocked me on Instagram which I'm okay with and I have cancelled everything from future auto shipment to loyal customerI was charged the $PLUS tax which was a joke, but the extra $don't bother me as long as I'm done with this companyI have also requested that my CC information be deleted from their information as I've also heard all the negative things about itWorks keeping the info and sending you more product without consentI'm very disappointed on how enthusiastic the distributors are in the beginning to reel you in and once you purchase it's like you don't existAlso, the whole thought about them being a "small business owner" is a joke and how much they brag about being so "blessed" to be able to "work" from home is an even bigger jokeIt's a sad MLM, pyramid scheme company
I absolutely love all of the products that are offered by It Works! The corporate staff are all very friendly and very helpful!! Positivity atmosphere and amazing company overall!!!!!

Excellent customer service, wonderful group of peopleI have an auto-ship set up that processes every monthI changed my products the day before my order was scheduled to process, and my updated order actually ended up SHIPPING the next day! That's some fast service! So exciting!
