I have worked with It Works! customer service a few times and am always VERY pleased with our interactions. They always have a great attitude and seem to really like what they do.

It Works Global is a wonderful company that goes above and beyond to make sure all customers and distributors are happy to the best of their abilities. Their family values and team mentality make this a wonderful business and someone I will continue to do business with for LIFE! Any issues I have ever had has been resolved quickly and in a satisfactory manner.

Great selection of natural products that really work! The skincare line is amazing and makes my skin so radiant and clear. The greens make my body feel more balanced and energized throughout the day.

Amazing products!!! I love that they are plant based & 100% animal cruelty free!!! They even donate to non-profit organizations!!! Truly a great company and awesome product line!!!

Absolutely love the products and wouldn't live without them! I personally use the cleanser, lip and eye cream, repairage, cleanse, greens (berry), wraps, ENERGY, defining gel, fat fighters, and thermo fit. I have had no bad reactions and have seen results with each product....I could go on and on.... The products are meant to compliment a healthy life style, and that they do!!!! I would and do recommend this to everyone I love and meet.

The leadership of the company encourages us to live debt free. They give us options and incentives to better ourselves (instead of expensive cars). We preach giving back and paying it forward. So in addition to improving my family situation I've made friends, improved my health and become a better person overall.

I'm a loyal customer of It Works Global and I love their products! I was able to lose 20 pounds and get back down to my ideal weight! Great Company!

Not only did this product NOT work ( I used 4 different items), the sales girl actually blamed me for them not working . She said because I didn't drink enough water, the products don't work. WATER!! Not only do I drink a ton of water daily , I do know how to read directions. Save yourself ur hard earned $ and just eat right and exercise. Those r the best and only solutions.

I became an a Loyal Customer and a Distributor in Dec 2015. I had no idea what to expect. First, as a customer the products have changed my life. I, suffice to say, have been a member of AARP for over a decade. When I started taking the products I was a tired, sleepless, size 14/16. In a very short time, I was a bouncing 8/10. I was amazed and overjoyed. Not everyone has such fast results but results will happen if you follow directions. My family and friends take and use various of the products.As an Independent Distributor, it is the smartest and most productive $99 I could ever have invested in my future. I got a great Business Kit with products worth more than my $99 and marketing materials. The Service Reps and Support Team are amazing. Plus, I am earning money and having fun. I know I sound like a groupie, but every word is absolutely true. My family and friends have had such great results also. I will say this last thing. I have been accused of being paid to write positive things, which insults and denigrates my integrity. But, no one every challenged any complaint I have ever submitted any where. Just needed to add this.

Being a figure and fitness competitor I have learned so much about nutrition and supplementation and just how to lead a healthier life. When I found itworks I was battling my 60 pounds of baby weight gain and despite my best effort I got to a certain point and then nothing would work for me. With in 4 1/2 months of utilizing itworks supplements and greens into my exercise routine I was able to lose the last 32 pounds and I'm proud to say it is still off over a year later!!!

Many thanks to Tara O. from customer service for handing a log-in problem for one of my Distributors. Tara was competent, and patient - staying with us on the phone until we were sure the issue was resolved.

. Not only did the wrap enhance my results but the healthy supplements along with a healthy lifestyle I have dropoed a tremendous amount of weight. Not a quick fix but It does work!

It Works Global, treats their distributors and customers very poorly. Even after a loyal customer has canceled their membership (or the 3 months were up) loyal customers were still being sent products and the company refused to give them a refund. They then would have to pay a restock fee. This company has ripped me off of several hundreds of dollars. I was a distributor. My autoshipment was turned off, and I couldn't get my commission until I turned it on. The way this business is set up, is not right. They make their money off their distributors and they beat their customers. I will never do business with this company ever again. Also their distributors are all over facrbplk harassing people and messaging people. Its out of control. Take this company down, get it out. I hate seeing it.

I cancelled my distibutorship with this company due to the abusive nature of my upline, Christina W[redacted]. When I notified the compliance manager, Tara E[redacted], and showed screenshots, I was asked what I did to prompt Ms. W[redacted] to say I deserved to be diagnosed with cancer. Multiple distributors complained to compliance about this and their own issues with Ms. W[redacted] only to be told the matter was resolved.
I loved this company until they began letting their top earners treat their teams like trash.

I am entering a review for company It Works- The company is a scam and I would NEVER suggest that anyone buy anything from this company. They mislead you, and don't tell you any real facts- like if you decide to cancel with them, they charge you a $50 processing fee. On top of that, I called to cancel 3 days after my order, was told order didn't leave warehouse, but for some reason they could not cancel order. Then order was shipped to me after I said I did not want it so that they can charge $17 for shipping. I called them three times to get problem resolved, and each time got run around and on call for 25 minutes each time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I was previously a personal trainer. Doing business with It Works Global and using It Works products for 4 years, I have come to find out a few things! They have integrity! From the leadership to the Ingredients in the products... Integrity! Customers that aren't happy are right! Almost 100% of the time when a customer didn't have results... It was because they didn't use them as instructed. Therefore blame the company. Customers may have also not been taken care of like the company trains and emphasizes we distributors do. This is a business! You don't fail...you quit! It's a statistic that 80%+ people who join will not work their business and likely quit. This is who you hear from! People who quit and don't want to cast blame on their lack of efforts. It Works Global prioritizes giving back. We work to help people change their lives and we give hundreds of thousands of dollars to those in need. If you've actually used the products consistently or worked your business consistently...you will not have anything to complain about... That is a guarantee!

I have had nothing but trouble with this company: Shipments never received, poor customer service, no resolution to missing orders, long wait times to reach a customer support rep (45 minutes!) or they flat out tell you they are not taking calls. I cancelled my subscription and I do not recommend anyone do business with this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a product or brand.

Best decision I ever made. I have been working the business for 4 1/2 years and have brought in more income then I did previously with my other job of 14 years. I have also been able to help there get out of debt, stay home with kids, provide for family members in need, save for college educations, take family trips and so much more.

THE top of the top company with first to market amazing products!

There was a big mix up on a DT enrolling and was put under someone else because the new distributor trying to sign up didn't put down who she wanted to be under and work with. Long story short, Jill fixed it, before the many calls and support tickets that were left open due to a huge BOGO sale going on and it being the end of the month, walked thru it, enrolled her (put her) where she belonged and placed her too since it was last sunday afternoon all this happened and it was almost past 48 hours. It coulda been a disaster. THANK YOU JILL.... Ive never had anyone rude at cust. ser & I've always been accommodated, and its always been ok, but this gal has it going on!
