This business has provided amazing products for me! Their customer service is great!

Very dissatisfied with the products. Nothing works, I did 12 of those stupid wraps and nothing. The greens tasted gritty and did not make me feel anything, to tell you the truth the green chews, well they just taste nasty. The thermofit, fat fighters and profit didn't do much for me either, the false claims that you will lose 20lbs in 3 mos is exactly that, FALSE.
Recently I purchased the cleanse, thought after 9 mos of not buying anything from the company maybe they actually had something that would work. WRONG....disappointment again, it actually made me feel horrible, but due to my last experience with the terrible customer service I didn't bother trying to return nor did I bother to contact the company.
All those "testimonials" definitely look staged and highly doubtful. Probably because of the terrible customer service I received and know that there is absolutely no return policy. Which should have triggered me that the product isn't worthy of what they say especially if the return policy is as terrible as the product. That all it is, is a scam. As much as they proclaim they are here to help people I sure didn't feel any help and or support. I guess that is only if you jump on the scam wagon and sell their products then I guess they are there to support you.

I called Itworks to stop an autoship that I did not sign up for. they told me since I could not complete the 3 month autoship I would be charged 50 dollars. I once again told them I did not sign up for autoship and in December talked to someone who said that this would be taken care of. I will never order from this company again. they are difficult to work with.

Some of these products have changed my life! This is a legitimate company with stellar products!

I can not say enough about It Works products! I have dealt with pretty severe health issues for many years and since starting several of the products I can now say I have a quality of life again. When they say It Works it really works! Amazing company with amazing products, I am forever grateful!

Love It Works! This company has not only changed my health and wellness but has given me incredible opportunities. Customer service is top notch. They always put the customer first! I have never had an issue getting anything resolved!! Shipping is prompt. Products are outstanding. I can't say enough good stuff about It Works Global!

Shipping mistakes happen, yes. But any time I've encountered an issue, all I have to do is call and the correct product is on its way! I've even gotten quicker shipping when needed and I get to keep the product that was sent to me by mistake, so it's a nice freebie!

I love the products! You must use them properly and not take a supplement and then go eat mcdonalds. It's not a magic pill but it is pretty close! Love this company and what it stands for.

I order the hair, skin and nail pills I got a reaction from them because I take other meds. I tried to cancel my order and they told me I had to pay $50.00 to cancel. I asked them before I order if I had to cancel would it be a problem because of the other meds that I take and they said no. Now they said I had to get a doctor note to prove that it was their product. Now it going to cost me to go my doctor to get exam to get the note.

First, this company will find no record of any association with them.

I have a friend who recently chose to join their ranks of "distributors". She immediately began pestering my wife to attend a party or buy products.

Based on what I've read, they have no customer service, naming their response line as Compliance Department. And this department needs work, as they have grammar and spelling problems, as well as being rude.

Their responses say to me, "We sell items that do nothing and tell those gullible enough to believe to go [redacted] themselves when they find out the truth."

If you want a business of your own with good products and good support, while it may not be for you, try the [redacted] family. Forget any preconceptions you have and give them an open-minded look.

I recently had an issue that required me to contact the customer service department of It Works. I spoke with Linda. She was very helpful, even though I needed to cancel an order. I appreciated her friendly, timely, and thorough service.

I love them they care about everyone they come in contact with they are very professional and work together to make things happen!!

I am coming back to report that even being on Greens and Thermofit and fatfighters occasionally for a year and a half, I lost weight but then gained much of it back when I decreased the amounts I was doing. This really upset me and my husband. The products didn't work for my husband at all, even if he was on greens 3 times a day and Thermofit twice a day. I had started on the products when someone sent me samples of them and they seemed to work at first. So since they worked I jumped in with both feet and started a business. I worked this business consistently for a year and half from Nov 2014 to April 2016. On months I signed and fast started 3 DTs I made 300 for doing so and the highest my commissions ever got was 210 a month. I occasionally made cash from my upline Diane D when she offered an incentive but I learned over this time that she only does that when she wants to promote herself. She was very pushy and even stole an LC , personal friends cousin from me when I moved to TN, she assured me she would sign her up and put her under me if she was the one who did sign her. (Sarah W) Diane then had the nerve to post her own pics, info and website with her phone number asking my friends Amanda T to send her friends to her... this was really disheartening to me, it was like she was trying to steal my business out from under me. Diane also called my DT one night when she made her 4 required Loyal customers signed to get her free $120 in product credit, this was my own job to do not Diane's ! Diane is and was always high pressure as she built up herself and her daughter Anna D. It really stinks to when you submit a ticket and then the company closes it on you. I never recieved an email to send in proof of my claims which makes submitting tickets useless and not productive.
I also lost a lot of business when BOGO ( Buy One Get One Free ) on wraps was going on as the websites would go down or the phone lines were not working or Customer service was too burdened or actually stopped taking calls due to high volume. This happened a lot during the year and a half.

One of the worst things is that each time they came out with new products, the same thing would happen and then the product would go on back order for a month or longer, I know was we waited a month for our Cleanse. I wanted to order Cleanser for facial care that month also and it was again on back order. It seems that they can't keep up production to meet demand and that creates hard feelings when neither the Distributor or the Customer Can order or if they can they have to wait for weeks and months for the products. When I expressed this to Customer Service via the ticket to submit, again I was told we are sorry but this does happen basically and tried to assure me that they were doing their best.

I will say this, if a company can't keep up with the demand, they themselves are at fault for their lack of foreseeing the probable sales of product new or older. For a company that claims such high earnings, they aught to be able to keep up with production and better the servers and computer issues to keep up with the high volume of calls and order processing.

During my year and half I made Executive, never made Ruby, but that's OK. I joined when Ruby was not even being offered as a bonus of $500 to $1000 but as I was in the company and doing business , I have seen that bonus added , removed and added or raised as a gimmick to draw others in... It never just stays consistent. When I joined It works Ruby was an all the time thing, it was a goal I was shooting for, but then it was removed and we only had the option to work for diamond for cash incentive. When the goal never stays the same, Distributors lose the momentum to keep going. I know I had 3 DTs in two separate months during this time who tried hard to build and never made it. (but as my husband reminded me , it was all just someone trying to dangle a carrot in front of the horse to make it work ) My uplines do the same thing with their cash giveaways and high dollar prizes to draw us to sign Loyal Customers or Distributors.

During this whole time working 14 to 16 hours a day to try to help my family (Husand is a disabled Veteran ) We live on a very fixed income. We never attained the income that others claim can be done and trust me I was posting using all the ways my uplines said to do Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. I took the 100 Day Adventure offered by the company( which was the best training I had seen at a reasonable rate too, I paid $49 after conference )
I posted every hour on the hour on instagram as my upline Amanda A said to do.
So lets do math.... 240k Distributors x 20 website esuite free & 35 for renewel monthly is like approx 70 million from DTs alone. Add the average $130 monthly order to be Comm Qualified per DT and you can see that there was like nearing 200 to 300 million made from DTs alone. I think you get the picture...

This Business is Awesome, The products are awesome!! and because of their products I have better health than I have in years!!!! ItWorks Can really help people reach their goals!!! Im pesonally down 30 lbs just since feb 2016!!! Also wanna say their Customer Support team is Very awesome!! always helpful!!! Truly I am thankful for this company!!!
