I was once a "friend" of Kim B.'s. She helped me plan my wedding (a whole other story) and completely let me down.
As her friend she confided in me that she needed help making a bonus for a certain month with her ITWORKS productS. I helped her (at the time not really being able to afford it) but being me, I decided to buy a product that in reality, I didn't even need. I bought products from her such as the greens, facial wraps and hair pills. I never once questioned her on how much these products cost and how long I would be paying for them. I EVEN HAVE THEM BEING SENT TO MY MOTHER IN LAWS ADDRESS AS WELL AS MY BEST FRIENDS ADDRESS because she needed to make her bonuses and she couldn't use the same address. I HAVE 3 A**OUNTS OF IT WORKS PRODU**S BEING DISTRIBUTED TO DIFFERENT PLA**S AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE [redacted] IS GOING ON!!
**On top of all of this, she has been sending my invoices with all of mine and [redacted]'s credit card information, address and phone number to a [redacted] in Nebraska FOR MONTHS!!
This woman has been so concerned she has called me month after month informing me that she has all of my information and this woman continues to keep on sending her my receipts. I have this woman's phone number and keep in contact with her when this happens. I notified Kim the first time and she promised she would double check the email address next time and Kim continued to do this 2 more times.
She has totally robbed me of my money and identity AND DOES NOT EVEN **RE!!
So. Nicely, I sent her a text message letting her know I no longer want to receive these products I signed up for, as her friend and I don't even use them. I get this email in response:
"Hi [redacted]
I am happy to assist you in cancelling your IT WORKS orders.
You (the credit card holder) will need to contact the IT WORKS **stomer Service Department to **ncel your orders.
The Phone number for **stomer Service is: (XXX) XXX-XXXX
You have 3 Accounts as you placed 3 different orders:
1. [redacted] - XXXXXXX - your original greens order
2. [redacted] - XXXXXXX - your facials
3. [redacted] - XXXXXXX - the greens that you placed last week
In regards to [redacted]talano and her email address that was changed 2 weeks ago.
FYI: As I look into the computer on my end, the Greens order that you ordered last week has already shipped to [redacted]'s address per our conversation upon placing the order at lunch last week.

[redacted] and I have been trying to contact ITWORKS to cancel our products. After numerous attempts of being on hold for literally hours, I am at my wits end. I have boxes of unopened mechandise in my kitchen and have no clue how to go about this process. My mail lady has started blocking the orders from coming to our home. These products cost me anywhere from 35.00-70.00 a month and APPARENTLY NUMEROUS TIMES A MONTH!!!
I sent her this email earlier today:
"Kim,
I have tried calling the customer service line to cancel these products 5 times. 3 of those times I was holding for a representative for over an hour. 2 of those times I was hung up on because of the call volume.
I am asking for your help to cancel these products for me. I have them being sent everywhere. I have no idea how long I am getting these products for. I was doing this as a favor to help you out at the time as a friend and I didn't question it. I do not use these products and I feel as though I am being robbed. I feel this way because we were friends and you never fully explained this process to me of how many products I would receive and for how long. I am now denying the products from the post office. This is getting frustrating. I can't even go on the website to change my orders because I don't have a log in because as I said before, did this for you as a friend and left it all up to you!! I need another option. I do not want to be paying for this stuff anymore.

I have never found a company so into their distributors success than ItWorks Global! My life has throughly been changed from this company and I cannot thank them enough!
I was a customer with It Works for 4 months. I loved the products I had used and decided to become a distributor. I've had nothing but positive experiences. The products work if you work. They are not magic pills and are not described as such. After reading the few negative reviews on here, it seems as if some people just don't know how to read agreements or unfortunately got involved with a bad distributor. That small % of bad apples aren't at all representative of the company as a whole or the vast majority of distributors. Thanks!

I want to let someone know how upset I am with a distributor I worked with for a couple of weeks that has made it so that I will not be buying products from It Works at all anymore. Her name is Vanessa H[redacted] and her It Works webpage is comewrapwithbelle. For one she did not tell me that I would have autoshipments when I signed up as a loyal member, and she also didn't tell me if I tried to get out of it that I would have to spend $50. Then she tried to have me sign up as a distributor and I told her I didn't have the money to sign up right now, so she said I should presell the wraps-which I did under what she told me to do. I messaged people and advertised on my Facebook and Instagram. The presell did not work and I did not get the money to sign up, and I told her I would sign up in a few months when I had the money because I am having issues at home-I have 3 children, my husband doesn't make a ton of money, and my dad is very sick. When I told her, again, that I didn't have the money now and that in a couple months I would like to sign up she began to belittle me and tell me I didn't try hard enough to presell and I was making excuses as to not join and all I did was waste her time. She was incredible rude and unprofessional. I closed my account with her but the customer service person did charge me$50 and wouldn't let me switch to another distributor, which I am upset about because after dealing with Vanessa and being treated that way, I did not want to have my account with her. I think it is ridiculous that I had to pay $50 to get out of my account, and that I couldn't switch to a different distributor to finish the autoshipments. I think some retribution is in order. I will not be doing business with It Works anymore, and I hope in the future you choose better distrubtors because Vanessa is awful professionally.
I LOVE It Works and can't say enough good things about the company or the products. The products are amazing and it's a company led with honesty and integrity!
It Works! Global has been an absolute blessing to my family. I have been involved with the company for over a year now and the products and business have changed our lives. I've never been disappointed with the products, the customer service is amazing, or the integrity of the company is incomparable to many.
my experience with the It Works body wraps was disappointing and expensive. I take full responsibility for the expense because I decided to take the risk, however the product had absolutely no effect at all! I followed the directions to the letter, I already drink 70-80 oz of water daily, my carbs and fats are already low and I am vegan so I eat healthier than anyone I know. and still after using an entire box of it works wraps, I did not lose even a fraction of an inch!
I have been using the It Works products for about a year and a half. I love them!
The Greens are the bomb! The wraps took me (a mom of 5) from a frumpy size 15/16 to a size 7. And I love the facial line too.
Definitely worth it!
Total scam. If you want to lose weight find a diet and exercise program and follow it. Losing weight is not something that is easy. There is no special pill or magical wrap for this.

They can help you make changes up until your items have shipped, so no diff than any other company, although I do think they're more helpful and show more consideration.
