GWP was first contacted about the issue on August 14, The last time we did work at this property was within the month of July The warranty/need for repair concern was brought up after we had already de-mobilized from the job site We had someone re-visit the area of concern to inspect the problem immediately This situation was one that needed the material supplier's input It took our office approximately weeks to engage the material supplier, then another week or to receive their input and response back as far as the quality of their product perhaps causing this deterioration All the while, GWP was in touch with [redacted] of [redacted] informing him of the status Although the timeline may not have been to customer satisfaction, we did our best to keep him in the loop of the course of action GWP and [redacted] ( [redacted] ) were in contact several times to discuss the best date to schedule these repairs Due to holidays, days of convenience for the shopping center and due to GWP's schedule, it was delayed longer than anticipated Rest assured, GWP is full aware that these repairs need to be done, we have no intention of not doing them We always stand behind our work and can be certain when this is rectified, the customer will be 100% satisfied This work will not be done unless GWP feels that the best quality is the end result Since we are now into the month of January and temperatures have been consistently low and not recommended for asphalt paving, this work will be done as soon as able

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/29) */ Revdex.com Broadway Suite Oakland, CA XXXXX 7/29/ RE:Case # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: No Credit is Due The card member, Ms***, joined It's Just Lunch on April 22, under a membership that provides for twelve (12) months of serviceWhile the card holder claims that she is due a full or partial refund, no refund is due per the terms of our agreementIn the State of California the card member had three business days from the date of the agreement to cancel her contractThe card member did not cancel her agreement within the statutory periodMs [redacted] also signed the contract on April 22, at that time she entered her California State Drivers License Number which is DXXXXXXX Ms [redacted] was contacted the very next day after joining and was told about her first match ***Their date was originally set for 5/7/at 5:30pm at Cilia's in San Francisco, CA [redacted] then had to reschedule the date for 5/14/This date was again cancelled by [redacted] as he found out his company was relocating him and he would be moving In response to this, we selected a new match for Ms***, ***Ms [redacted] was told about [redacted] on 5/19/and their date was set on 6/1/at 12:30pm at Café de la Presse in San Francisco, CAAfter the date Ms [redacted] called with feedbackShe indicated that the date went ok and he was nice but seemed a little reservedShe did not feel chemistry and so we made note and told her we would move forward with the next match During the sof Ms***'s first date, we also met with her in our San Francisco office for her in-person meeting on 5/26/During this meeting we informed Ms [redacted] that we would be adding on one (1) extra month of active time to her membership in an effort to preserve goodwillAlthough the initial cancellations from her first match, ***, were out of our hands, that is certainly not how we would like our client's membership to start out On 6/10/15, I also attempted to reach out to Ms [redacted] to ensure that she was having a good experienceI continued to reach out with no response until 6/29/When we finally connected, we reviewed her membership and I let her know that we have many wonderful men to match her with and that her membership was for months so we have plenty of time remainingI also reminded her that we added and additional month of active time onto her account On 7/8/15, we called Ms [redacted] to tell her about her next match [redacted] We called [redacted] days in a row and did not receive a response, and as protocol, and to not keep Ms [redacted] waiting, we placed his account on a courtesy hold and continued to match Ms*** On 7/13/15, we received a letter from Ms [redacted] requesting a refund and stating that we breached her agreement because of the pace in which she was receiving dates and that the matches were not to her exact specificationsIn our immediate response back to Ms***, we communicated that again, even though her membership was slow to start, we had added an extra month of active time onto her account to compensate for thatWe also reiterated the terms of our agreement which state, "IJL introduces members based on the judgment of IJL's employees who may take into account the general criteria and guidelines specified by its members." I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by It's Just LunchNot only was I matched with one date within months, the person I was matched with did not meet my criteria How can IJL justify charging an obscene amount of money for one date in months? This is NOT what we agreed upon during the interview on 4/22/ I disagree with the events that unfolded in the months that I have been a client with IJLMs [redacted] states that [redacted] canceled the date after weeks of phone calls because his company was relocating himThis is not what [redacted] ***, my previous matchmaker and Senior Director of IJL, informed me [redacted] decided to put his contract on hold because he found someone he liked and did not want to continue dating Ms [redacted] is not completely honest with her statement that she attempted to reach out to me from 6/10/to 6/29/It was I who called IJL to find out about my next dateI was the one who had difficulty trying to speak with Ms [redacted] , who did not return my phone callsWhen we did speak, she told me she would have a match by the end of the week and promised to call me with the details, but failed to follow upI then had to call her again and try to connect with herI was told that she was on holidays and no-one else in the company would be able to help me until she got backOther times, the receptionist would tell me after placing me on hold for minutes that [redacted] was "in a meeting"Only when I sound upset that miraculously, [redacted] would call me back within minutes that same evening Ms [redacted] failed to add that she matched me with a person who was completely not what I wantedHe was not of the right ethnicity, not the right height and not what I had requested despite my telling Ms [redacted] and the date coordinator twice what my specifications wereI then had to call Ms [redacted] the next day to reiterate what my specifications were The next match was a man named [redacted] This was set up on 7/8/but only because I was very upset about how slowly things were progressing especially since I had invested $in this companyI told Ms [redacted] in clear simple language that I wanted a refund of the remainder of my contract if I did not have a match by 7/10/That is how I was finally set up with [redacted] Apparently, the date coordinator couldn't reach [redacted] I had to call IJL again the following Monday, 7/13/15, to follow up on my potential dateIt was at that point that, like ***, [redacted] had decided to put his contract on hold and was off the marketI believe that these scenarios were no coincidenceIJL does not have enough men that fit my criteria and is trying to pull a "bait and switch" scam on meIJL will entice you into believing that there are "many wonderful gentlemen" (***'s words, not mine) that fit all my criteria, then after 2-weeks of trying to reach this "wonderful gentleman", will find out that he has found someone and decided to place his contract on holdThus, another weeks have gone by and they have more weeks of the client's money in their pocket Ms [redacted] then states in her reply that "not every match will be a fit, and based on each client's parameters and availability the pace in which they go out may varyThis is why we allow a full year to work with our clients and why we cannot guarantee the exact pace in which they will have dates"I believe and I think many other people who have of sound mind and reason, would determine that one date every months is completely unreasonable, especially if IJL is charging $per yearThat amounts to $for one dateI could have joined over online dating sites for that much money! I therefore, decided to put my contract on hold so as not to let the clock continue ticking and find out I am entitled to less and less money, in the event, I am able to secure a refund It is also completely unreasonable to stipulate in the contract that "client guarantees at this time that he/she does not work or consult for another matchmaking/dating/introduction company"How does a reasonable person expect to put his/her life on hold while IJL takes its sweet time to come up with a match for a client? I believe IJL is holding clients hostage by forbidding them to enroll in other online dating services, making them completely dependent on IJL and emotionally very vulnerable I am not the exception with regards to how I have been mistreated by IJLI decided to look at Yelp to see what other Clients thought of IJLIt turns out that there are more than negative Yelp reviews for IJLMany of the complaints are similar to mineBait and switch scams, refusal to refund the remainder of the contract, poor customer service etc etc Not only that but the Attorney General of New York successfully settled with IJL International regarding poor business practicesThe company paid fines and costs to the state and agreed to reform its business practicesState Laws limit how much a dating service may charge, and also require that consumers be provided with numerous other protectionsState law limits the amount a consumer can be charged for a social referral services contract at $per yearIf IJL agreed to implement policies and procedures, then why is IJL San Francisco still charging outrageous amounts of money to its clients??? I have tried to be reasonable in terms of having the remainder of my contract refunded less the $interview processing chargeI am not requesting the full $but rather $I think that is a good compromise especially since I have gone through a lot of emotional turmoil in trying to work with IJL, not to mention the time wasted on this scam of a company I would appreciate any help Revdex.com can give me in resolving this dispute

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company claimed to have matches for me in the Richmond area when I signed up in April I went on one date, as previously stated, and did not hear from them again for months They claimed to hand pick your dates meeting your criteria discussed with the dating coordinator They then tried to set me up with a client that wants children as one of his criteria, I am years old, and clearly not a "good match" for this person, so I declined that match (With the premier membership you are allowed to decline dates that do not meet your criteria) months went by without a match or phone call When I did email my dating coordinator with complaints she took full weeks to respond to my email; the contract says they are responsible for responding in hours I was promised a service of dates over a month period and did not recieve this In addition, the dating coordinator was unorganized, confrontational and argumentativeFor such a highend service and fee of 2000.00$, you expect better service and for them to fulfill their end of the contractual agreement I do not want another dating coordinator, I want a partial refund I went on one date and would like the remaining back Thank you Regards, [redacted]

I am writing in response to the complaint made by [redacted] [redacted] became an It’s Just Lunch (IJL) Client and signed a contract on 7/12/(attached.) She purchased a 6-month membership The last time we had contact with [redacted] was in August of 2014, per her request She did meet two legally separated men because when she was taken on as a Client, she indicated that she was open to any marital status – this includes ‘legally separated.’ When we spoke with [redacted] after she was introduced to someone who was legally separated, she did indicate that she was not aware that we had Clients that were legally separated We discussed it and she indicated that she did not want to meet any men that were legally separated, we immediately updated her preferences The next step of [redacted] ’s process was coming in to the office for her in-person meeting with her Matchmaker; however, she canceled the scheduled meeting and let us know that she was busy with writing a book and would not have time to date We let her know we’d put her membership on hold and that she would be able to use the remaining months of dating time in the future We have not heard from her in almost a year until receiving this Revdex.com complaint ( [redacted] is correct that cancelation of the contract is not an option.) This is my forth time with IJL over the past years (first IJL date was in Summer and my most recent one in December 2016), and I have mostly positive opinions about this dating serviceFirst (positive), the staff from the match makers to the date coordinators have always been very friendly, courteous, and professional with me at all timesSecond (positive), there has been many improvements with the dating service since my very first session in 2007: an after hours call number to report a last minute date cancellation so one does not get "stood up" (and I've been stood up several times), a friendly reminder notification (text, phone call, and/or email message) of a date at least 1-day prior, date coaching options, in-person interviews, etcMy overall experience with IJL in has improved greatly since my first experience in But one of these improved experiences is with my dating attitude itself (and not with IJL) as I have learned you must be mentally ready and happy with one-self before jumping back into the dating gameThird (negative), I still think the match-matching process still needs improvement as I still get "not my type" dates, but then again this can only be improved with open communication between myself and my dating coordinator and/or match maker One must communicate openly with what his/her dating preferences are, and then make the necessary modifications as time goes by We are limited to only those that sign up to the dating service I continue to return to IJL because I'm more frustrated with the c [redacted] online dating sites and apps who seem to have the "fake" and unprofessional daters IJL seems to have the more serious, professional (they can pay the big $) daters I want to meet...I just need to be more patient and perhaps more "open-minded" to find my true type

given their failure rateThey have been a subject of several action lawsuits because of this poor business practiceThere is no regulations or quality control so the service is a failed outcomeThe people who work there, call themselves professional match makers, but they have no certifications, education background in any field that could be related to this area of expertiseThey are simply professional sales people who con customers into buying a service that is never delivered.Background,On October, I signed an agreement with the DC branch of IJLFrom that date until the first date on Dec, there were no dates and no explanation for why the company was not putting more effort in my match-making planOn that date, I met a lady named [redacted] who was older than me and absolutely outside of the parameters I had discussed with MsM***.The date with [redacted] back in December was a total disaster which ended in her giving me her business card and selling her services as a financial managerThough I had asked for a refund in November and also later in December, MsM [redacted] convinced me to go on at least one more date to see how it would workI told her then I reserved the right to request a refund regardlessThe second date was set for January 6thAlmost a month later from the first dateThe lady's name was ***This was also a total mismatch and I felt that MsM [redacted] simply did not understand my interests no cared to listen to my needs [redacted] mentioned several times how disappointed she was with the service and that she had been with them for six months without one good dateShe also expressed her gratitude with me for being the first good date.The third date occurred on Jan 7th and it was another disappointing eventI found no commonality and no attractionThere was not even a desire for the same tasteI gave MsM [redacted] a full review of the date in hopes she would realize that I was not being provided with quality candidatesI again, asked that you please refund my money so I can stop wasting my time and spending money on failed dinner datesThe fourth date was sometime in March on a Tuesday and I was shocked not only at the lack of match-making, but also that the date did not even try to look good for the dateShe literally walked over from work with her hair messed up and clothes that looked like she was just at home laying on the couchShe was quiet, sleepy and very uninterestedAs always, and as all of the female clients who went out with me, they will tell IJL, they had a good timeI made sure I was a gentleman and created an entertaining environment.Finally the fifth date, was a ridiculous match that made me realize you are not even the least concerned with my interests or the real possibility that I may find a true matchThis is where I realized the people at IJL in DC are just throwing a list of women at me so I can be their date and I am spending money going on these dates without the possibility of actually finding loveI have spent over $on these dates with no positive outcome.I am still hopeful that the IJL corporate leadership will honor my request to refund my money or at least part of it to show their willingness to rectify this internal quality problem and lack of SOP for their process.The amount of my membership was $2,800.Their offer to extend the membership was a failure as wellSince they "extended" the membership, back in March, I went on one date and it was another disasterThe lady I went out with was very appreciative of my, but I was simply disappointed with the matchTheir Hello, I am Patty, year old professional female with adult kids and grand kids I have tried dating on my own, bars, online, friends setting me up, for the past several decades, no luck, meeting quality professional males!!! After several months of talking about it, I finally joined in April I am enjoying my experience with the staff, my dating coach, and now have gone out couple times with someone who is well rounded and has a professional career and found many common interestsI love the coaching aspect of the program so much!! In my sessions with my coach, I am able to ask as many questions, and request advise and feedback!
