It’s Just Lunch regrets to learn of any dissatisfaction the consumer has experiencedThe consumer joined IJL March 16, IJL does not negotiate pricing and provide the same membership packages for men and women in the specific market the consumer is looking to join in Her membership fee provides for a month, date membership with matches whichever comes later, dating coaching session working with a certified life coach and matchmaker throughout her tenure with the company, meeting with our Membership Consultant for her in person Personal interview, ability to date in every corporately owned IJL location and involvement in the matching and selection process The consumer has accepted of the matches IJL has presented to her, attended the date, completed her personal interview and declined matchSince this complaint has been submitted IJL has contacted the consumer, transitioned her to a new matchmaker, provided one additional date introduction and is moving forward with the matching processShe recently declined a match on June 2ndWe look forward to working with the consumer over the length of her membership and helping her achiever her dating goals

April 8, Revdex.com of Wisconsin [redacted] ID: [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , This letter is in regard to Ms [redacted] ’s membership with It’s Just Lunch (IJL)She purchased a membership on 12/20/This membership entitled her to six months of active membership time for a cost of $2, In Ms [redacted] ’s third complaint, she states that this case is not closed and believes that IJL thinks everything is “fine.” Based on the provided in our last response, I think there might have been a miscommunication Ms [redacted] asked if we would allow her to see photos before going on her dates, and here is what I wrote: “ we cannot accommodate this request for her current membership I am hopeful Ms [redacted] is still willing to work with us again Given the fact she has contacted our office we will assume this case will be closed and we can start coordinating dates for Ms [redacted] Until we receive confirmation from Ms [redacted] that she will allow us to start coordinating dates for her in the IJL manor the membership will remain on holdAgain, the membership may remain on hold until 04/27/If she does not contact us by then the membership will naturally expire“ In my letter I was referring to the Revdex.com closing the case, not that we had closed the account in any wayI also stated that we would continue to keep the membership on hold until she was ready for us to start coordinating dates for herIf she has not decided to meet more people through IJL, we will continue to keep the membership on hold until 04/27/14, when the membership would naturally expireI apologize if those details were not clear in the previous response If Ms [redacted] does not want to meet more people through IJL, we clearly cannot make herSince a refund of the membership fee is not an option, we are hopeful Ms [redacted] will allow us to start coordinating more dates for her If I can be of further assistance please contact me at ###-###-#### Sincerely, IJL Milwaukee

I have been very pleased with the service that It's Just Lunch has provided to me They spent a lot of time with me upfront discussing my interests and goals, and I feel all my matches have been aligned with the game plan we developed I have met some truly wonderful and interesting women [redacted] has been absolutely terrific in keeping me informed, sending reminders, you name it She is genuine, caring, and supportive Really she's the main reason I feel so positive about IJL! If you are interested in finding a partner to help you navigate the dating world and make good choices that truly meet your needs, I definitely recommend IJL

We regret any dissatisfaction the Consumer may have experienced However, we wish to correct the statements that Consumer provided in her comments.The Consumer claims that there are no matches in her area, which is not accurate In fact, the Consumer has attended one date and received two other matches TheConsumer provided positive feedback for the date she attended.With respect to the matches the Consumer received, each date was carefully selected per IJL standards, was well coordinated by the dating director and, met many of the key parameters the Consumer discussed with IJL IJL truly hopes our clients will connect, however, personality and attractiveness are subjective to eachindividual IJL works to introduce its clients to other IJL clients and participants, who based upon IJL's interactions with each, IJL believes is a good matchAll of the matches IJL presented to the Consumer, are very good matches for her.IJL has contacted the Consumer to resolve her concerns and will assign a new dating director to handle her membership

I love IJL because of the outstanding customer service and the prompt responses to questions and inquiries about the whole matchmaking experience! I have had wonderfully productive, heartfelt, and encouraging discussions with Sandra, Nicole, Kim, and Lucy in the Washington, D.CofficeIt is very obvious that they really care about their clients and wholeheartedly want them to find "the one"! By the way, to have the coordinators not just find high-quality matches on your behalf, but to also make the reservations and set up lunch and dinner meetings at the best restaurants in town makes me extremely grateful that I joined this terrific service!

I think It's Just Lunch-Milwaukee is a great service It allows you the opportunity to meet likeminded people that you may not otherwise have the chance to meet This is particularly true for those that have busy work schedules and may not have the time to get out on the weekends as often The customer service at IJL is phenomenal Prior to every date they send you an email with the itinerary They also call the day before the date and follow up with you the day after the date to see how it went They take your feedback into account with the aim of matching you with the best possible person In my experience the matches have been quite positive

Hello All Singles, I have had a great experience with IJL, DC I signed up with Sandra a year ago, I have had incredible, positive learning experiencesI do not take part in on-line dating for numerous reasons...you never know what you are going to get!!! IJL will take care of you, they take care of the background check for you!
