My experience with IJL began about a year ago when I was newly relocated to the VAand didn't know many people I contacted IJL along with other dating businesses but quickly realized that IJL was the real dealMy first person of contact was Sandra M*** whom interviewed me spent a good amount of time discussing what I was looking for and getting to know me I then went to their office in DC and had my interview At this point I was feeling really good about my experience and felt that I was really in goods hands by people that really wanted to help me find that great matchLucy S*** has been my contact person on a regular basis and has always been very accommodating in speaking with me, listening to my post date words and lining up my next date I have had many great dates through IJL and can't say that I have had one bad experience Every woman that I have met has been a lot of fun Conversation has always been great as well as the restaurants we go toI did meet a fantastic woman by the name of Kelly and we have had a relationship for over a year I would never have been able to meet her if it was not for IJL and I'm greatly thankful for their introductionThe great thing and the reason I know IJL cares about what their doing is that each date I have gone on the woman more and more closely represent what I am looking for in a relationshipI have recommended to many people IJL's services and know that if you a perspective client express what your looking for they will do there best on setting you on your way for a great dateSincerely,

June 2, 2015It's Just Lunch (IJL) is a dating service for busy professionalsWe specialize in setting pressure-free first dates for our clientsAfter determining that we can accept a client, we offer a few different membership optionsIn this case, *** *** opted for our 3-month
membership for $2495.00.On March 26, 2015, *** *** signed a contract to become a member of It's Just Lunch as she electronically signed, initialed, and provided her driver’s license number for a validly executed contract in the District of Columbia while speaking with her MatchmakerOn this date, *** *** also provided us with her credit card information and became a client of It’s Just LunchA highlighted copy of her signed contract is attached for review,At the time of enrollment, she set seven parameters for the men she wanted to meet, as follows:1) Age: 45-2) Marital Status: Doesn't Matter
3) Ethnicity: Doesn't Matter
4) Smoke: No
5) Education: Doesn't Matter
6) Religion: Doesn't Matter
7) Children: Doesn't Matter
Based on these seven parameters, we felt confident in accepting *** *** as a client since we have many appropriate matches that fit these characteristicsHer contract reiterates that it “contains the entire agreement of the parties, an communications, oral or written, are without force and effect as it is the specific intent of the parties that this Agreement alone sets fourth the terms on which the parties have mutually agreed.” There are no other parameters or agreements made outside of what has specifically been referenced above*** *** was accepted as a client of It's Just Lunch based on the parameters she gave at the time of interview, which as stated above, indicated she was open to dating men ages 45-We cannot accept everyone as a client so the importance of these parameters is discussed in her contract as “IJL accepts Client based upon Client’s parameters at time of enrollment.” Just to clarify, these are the only parameters we match based on are the seven listed above*** *** claims she was told she would hear about her date the day after joining but that never happenedHowever, after signing her contract on 3/26/15, *** *** was contacted by our Director of Operations the following day on 3/27/to welcome her to It's Just Lunch and get her startedWe did not hear back from *** *** during business hours that day*** *** returned our call after office hours on 3/27/15, which was a FridayOur Director of Operations called her on the following business day, Monday 3/30/and then spoke with her to welcome her to It's Just Lunch and tell her about her first match, TomWe obtained her availability and began scheduling the date*** *** had travel scheduled from 4/3-4/and we ultimately scheduled her first date with *** for 4/20/at 7:15pm for *** *** and *** in Bethesda, MD*** *** states in her complaint that the date was scheduled in DC, and we would like to clarify that the date was originally scheduled in DC, but we rescheduled it more conveniently in Bethesda, MD and that is where the pair metAs a courtesy, we also extended the start date of her month membership to the day of her first date with Tom so she wouldn’t miss out on any time*** *** indicates she had questions and did not hear from our office until days later and indicates there was a separate occasion where she left multiple voicemails but did not receive a responseWe have no record of this and request additional information as to when she left these messages so we can better address her concernsOur policy is to return all calls within hours (weekends excluded as the office is closed) and we keep meticulous recordsIt is a priority to us to answer any client questions and provide an enjoyable dating experience as best we canI personally met with *** *** the following day, 4/21/however, she claims it was a few days laterShe reports in her claim that her first date was “fine, but a total bore” however she indicated to me that they spent about hours together, she loved his age, thought he dressed well, was fit, smart, and niceShe wasn’t certain there was chemistry, but reported they exchanged information and he picked up the tabShe also indicated he had texted her and she planned on seeing him again*** *** reports we misrepresented her match to her and that we got both their information wrongWe are requesting more information regarding this claim so we can better address itThe information we share with other clients is the information they report to usWe discussed *** ***’s profile in greater detail during our meeting, but she did not indicate that any information we had was inaccurateWe simply reviewed her title as “Managing Director” and she indicated she would prefer we represent her as an “executive with a large consulting firm.” We also delved further into her interests and discussed her love of outdoor activities (especially skiing)She shared that she used to teach skiing and both her children are expert skiersShe also indicated she would love to travel more and climb MtKilimanjaroIn our conversations she did not indicate that we had any information about her*** *** claims our meeting appeared to be rushed, worthless, and meaninglessHowever, I spent minutes with her where we discussed her feedback on her first date in great detailThis is essential to the matchmaking process We also discussed her passions and wishes, traits she would like us to focus on moving forward, and her profileWe also obtained a copy of her driver's license as we do with all our clients and she met her Dating ConsultantThis meeting is essential as we meet all clients in personIt allows us to better understand them, see how they carry themselves, review their experience thus far, and verify they are who they have represented themselves to be*** *** claims I asked irrelevant questions and didn’t seem to understand her answers, however the questions I asked are essential to the matchmaking process and I have clear notes on what she reported to meShe also claims I did not develop rapport with her, but through the minutes we spent together, we spoke in great detail, laughed, and truly seemed to have a great meetingDuring the meeting, we also discussed her passion for lifelong learning, exploring, skiing, and trying new thingsShe indicated she would love to meet someone who also can appreciate these values and can keep upShe made no inquiries about a refund and in fact, seemed to have had a good first date and we ended the meeting looking forward to her next match and parting with a smileI was looking forward to continuing to work with *** *** as one of our clients so I was truly taken aback when we received her next call*** *** claims she called our Director of Operations two days later and claims she had been a member for less than a weekWe were surprised to receive a phone call from *** *** on 4/30/(days later) requesting a full refundWhen our Director of Operations attempted to better understand why *** *** had such a change of heart, she stated that she simply wanted a full refund and threatened to blog about us if she did not receive itShe indicated she would contest the charge with her credit card company*** *** claims she did not receive a response for a week, but our Director of Operations then followed up with her on 5/and again on 5/4, leaving messages both times in an attempt to better understand why she was seeking a refund so we could resolve the issueWe then received two messages from *** *** on Saturday, 5/indicating she didn’t want to talk to us and felt she didn't have to explain why she wants a refundShe indicated she refused to talk to us and again, threatened to blog about us and stated she didn't want us to call her anymore unless we were calling to tell her we had processed a full refundShe also indicated she was contesting the charge with her credit card company and would have her attorney contact usIn her message to our Director of Operations, she also threatened to “blog everywhere in addition to coming after you” and reiterated she did not want us to call her unless we had processed a full refund.
After listening to *** ***’s messages on Monday, 5/and respecting her request, I sent her a letterThis letter is attached for your reviewIn this letter, I requested a phone conversation so I might better be able to understand her concerns and resolve them for her, and also referred her back to our contract which states, “This personal services agreement is non-assignablenon-transferable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.”We then received a voicemail from *** *** on 5/in which she stated she felt the service was poor and wanted a refundShe also indicated her attorney would be contacting usWe left her messages on 5/and 5/19, but she has yet to return our calls*** *** indicates in her claim she feels our service is atrocious, not attentive or personal, and states she is disgusted with our productWe are truly baffled by her claims and response as her Matchmaker conducted an in-depth interview with her, matched her carefully, we took time welcoming her to our program and reviewing how the entire process works, we planned her date, reminded her about it, made the reservation, and then I personally met with her the following day for minutesAgain, in this meeting, I reviewed her feedback and experience thus far and at that point, she made no complaints or indication she felt the service was poor, inattentive, or not as personal as she expectedShe certainly also did not indicate she felt we were a scam or terrible peopleIn fact, we truly seemed to have a great time together talking, reviewing her experience, and getting to know her betterWe are requesting further information regarding these claims so we can better address them*** *** claims we don't want to keep her as a member, we just want to steal her money, but this is absolutely untrueWe are selective with who we accept as a member and only take on clients we feel we can truly deliver our service to and introduce them to great matchesWe simply want to deliver the remainder of what *** *** hired us to deliver-qualified matches and datesOur goal is deliver an exceptional experience to each one of our clients and introduce them to other local singles they wouldn’t have met any other wayWhile we can’t guarantee chemistry (as our attached contract indicates), we want to do all we can to set our clients up for success and make dating easier for themThis is our goal for *** *** tooThat being said, in an effort to resolve this complaint, we would like to introduce *** *** to the other gentlemen we have in mind for her and are willing to extend her membership a month so she doesn’t miss out on the time she did not use in MayI truly enjoyed meeting her in person and we have many other matches who we look forward to introducing her toWe encourage *** *** to call our Director of Operations at *** X*** to utilize the remainder of her membershipThank you,Krista WPresident

I was divorced for about two years before joining It's Just Lunch Since that time I've been able to meet some interesting women through their matching process

It's Just Lunch has been greatThey take all the stress out of meeting someone and planning a first date so we can just concentrate on getting to know one another to see if we're a good fit

It's Just Lunch is an expensive dating service but was clearly a wise investment for meDating sites on line do not even compare to the personal relationship you develop with this organizations skilled match makers IJL does a great job interviewing and screening prospective matches and aligning them with your profile, their vetting was important to me and I was not disappointed IJL takes care of everything, all you have to do is show up and introduce yourself Were there dates I was disappointed with? Of course but more success than not At the end of my contract, just when I was about to give up, I met my guy Its been a year now and we've made a permanent commitment Thank You IJL!

It’s Just Lunch regrets to learn of any dissatisfaction the
consumer has experiencedThe consumer joined IJL March 16, 2015. IJL does not negotiate pricing and provide
the same membership packages for men and women in the specific market the
consumer is looking to join in.
Her
membership fee provides for a month, date membership with matches
whichever comes later, dating coaching session working with a certified life
coach and matchmaker throughout her tenure with the company, meeting with our
Membership Consultant for her in person Personal interview, ability to date in
every corporately owned IJL location and involvement in the matching and
selection process.
The consumer has accepted of the matches IJL has presented
to her, attended the date, completed her personal interview and declined
matchSince this complaint has been submitted IJL has contacted the consumer,
transitioned her to a new matchmaker, provided one additional date introduction
and is moving forward with the matching processShe recently declined a match
on June 2ndWe look forward to working with the consumer over the length of
her membership and helping her achiever her dating goals

Please find my response to the recent rebuttal from the company (IJL).Their claims are and misleadingIt is clear that they have a reputation for deception and not are trying to present a composed argument to avoid the facts.Here are the facts:IJL does not match clients with proper candidatesThey simply find the mutual opportunity to mix people up to keep their record of making people have lunches (datesTheir process is not standardized so their is no accountability of the true effort anyone is putting to match clientsThis process is also fraudulent because it is not clearly detailed to clients. Their no refund policy is clear and irrevocable evidence that they know their service is below standard and the likelihood of people requesting a refund is high given their failure rateThey have been a subject of several action lawsuits because of this poor business practiceThere is no regulations or quality control so the service is a failed outcomeThe people who work there, call themselves professional match makers, but they have no certifications, education background in any field that could be related to this area of expertiseThey are simply professional sales people who con customers into buying a service that is never delivered.Background,On October, I signed an agreement with the DC branch of IJLFrom that date until the first date on Dec, there were no dates and no explanation for why the company was not putting more effort in my match-making planOn that date, I met a lady named *** who was older than me and absolutely outside of the parameters I had discussed with MsM***.The date with *** back in December was a total disaster which ended in her giving me her business card and selling her services as a financial managerThough I had asked for a refund in November and also later in December, MsM*** convinced me to go on at least one more date to see how it would workI told her then I reserved the right to request a refund regardless. The second date was set for January 6thAlmost a month later from the first dateThe lady's name was ***This was also a total mismatch and I felt that MsM*** simply did not understand my interests no cared to listen to my needs*** mentioned several times how disappointed she was with the service and that she had been with them for six months without one good dateShe also expressed her gratitude with me for being the first good date.The third date occurred on Jan 7th and it was another disappointing eventI found no commonality and no attractionThere was not even a desire for the same tasteI gave MsM*** a full review of the date in hopes she would realize that I was not being provided with quality candidatesI again, asked that you please refund my money so I can stop wasting my time and spending money on failed dinner dates. The fourth date was sometime in March on a Tuesday and I was shocked not only at the lack of match-making, but also that the date did not even try to look good for the dateShe literally walked over from work with her hair messed up and clothes that looked like she was just at home laying on the couchShe was quiet, sleepy and very uninterestedAs always, and as all of the female clients who went out with me, they will tell IJL, they had a good timeI made sure I was a gentleman and created an entertaining environment.Finally the fifth date, was a ridiculous match that made me realize you are not even the least concerned with my interests or the real possibility that I may find a true matchThis is where I realized the people at IJL in DC are just throwing a list of women at me so I can be their date and I am spending money going on these dates without the possibility of actually finding loveI have spent over $on these dates with no positive outcome.I am still hopeful that the IJL corporate leadership will honor my request to refund my money or at least part of it to show their willingness to rectify this internal quality problem and lack of SOP for their process.The amount of my membership was $2,800.Their offer to extend the membership was a failure as wellSince they "extended" the membership, back in March, I went on one date and it was another disasterThe lady I went out with was very appreciative of my, but I was simply disappointed with the match. Their claim that I have texted with anyone is simply not trueI can prove this either in a legal court or with any statements submitted to Revdex.com on my phone recordsI have never corresponded with any of the women beyond our date except with the first lady who was trying to sell me her business.In summary, this branch of IJL is fraudulent in their practices and I do not believe they represent the larger corporate entityYet, they have wasted my time and taken my money with out providing a decent service that would merit their contract being upheld.

I have worked with Kim and other staff there and find them all to be professional, courteous, direct, and friendlyIn particular Kim has great acuity and intelligence about relationship matters

I contacted IJL-Wash DC after my sister suggested I do so I was immediately contacted by one of their representatives, who was very cordial and informative, and after about a month of considering it, I joined and have been very pleased with the support I've received and the dates I've been going on - after just one month of being with them I have never done the on-line dating scene, so this seemed to be the right way to go about it and they have lived up to their promise I recommend IJL for anyone who is interested in dating again, and the matchmaking approach is very helpful! Like they say, "it's just lunch" and that is true - what you do about your match afterwards is up to you, but they will definitely match up with like minded people, eliminating what is arguably the hardest part of meeting someone new, and that is the setting up of the actual agreed upon date It's been a great service for me

I am a small business owner, and have worked with representatives at IJL for more than a yearI mention my business ownership as a precursor to say that I believe I have a general idea of what it takes to run a business successfullyAlmost every business requires a focus on being curious as to the problems of what will address new markets, and generous to the customers you have and the ones you want to acquireIJL, in my view, succeeds in this wayThere were some issues early last year, and I had my concerns, but I have to honestly say that in the past several months I have seen a renewed emphasis on customer service and customer needsAnd, I always remind myself, this is a business that is about "chemistry" and feelings of the heart- something that is such a delicate topicMutual attraction, commitment- these are all things you simply can't manufacture under the best of circumstancesFor folks like me, dating in their 40's- with lives and responsibilities- it's so very challengingPlus, you have everyone who is jaded by experiences on Match, and other sitesI see IJL navigate this well, thoughThey do, to the best extent possible, go above and beyondThey are also realistic on what they can do and what they can'tI have not had a single rude, difficult or awful interaction with anyone thereOccasionally I have been frustrated, but that's to be expectedAnd, having read some negative reviews on Yelp and things like that (including from a person who I went on a date with- and I assure you a date with Brad Pitt wouldn't make her happy)- I disagree with many of the negative onesIt's a business, and the best they can promise is potentialTo that end, I really feel like they are a good business at doing that

After attempting two on-line dating sites and finding them rather nauseating, I decided to join IJL I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised with the very professional staff at IJL and their legitimate concern for their clients I was matched with several quality individuals and am currently in a relationship with my very first match Without IJL, I would have never met this very wonderful person I would recommend IJL and say that it is worth the investment

The company claimed to have matches for me in the Richmond area when I signed up in April. I went on one date, as previously stated, and did not hear from them again for months. They claimed to hand pick your dates meeting your criteria discussed with the dating coordinator. They then tried to set me up with a client that wants children as one of his criteria, I am years old, and clearly not a "good match" for this person, so I declined that match. (With the premier membership you are allowed to decline dates that do not meet your criteria). months went by without a match or phone call. When I did email my dating coordinator with complaints she took full weeks to respond to my email; the contract says they are responsible for responding in hours. I was promised a service of dates over a month period and did not recieve this. In addition, the dating coordinator was unorganized, confrontational and argumentative. For such a highend service and fee of 2000.00$, you expect better service and for them to fulfill their end of the contractual agreement. I do not want another dating coordinator, I want a partial refund. I went on one date and would like the remaining back. Thank you

My dating life had gone stale The matchmakers of It's Just Lunch really know me and my relationship goals It's Just Lunch does all the work in getting to the first date - choosing compatible matches and even making the reservations! All I have to do is show up and have fun! It's Just Lunch has also enhanced my interpersonal skills with individual coaching I highly recommend It's Just Lunch for singles desiring to be connected at the very first date!

three (3) business days from the date of the agreement to cancel his contractThe card member did not cancel his agreement within the statutory periodMr*** also signed the contract on February 11, at that time he entered his California State Drivers License Number which is XXXXXXXXX
Since joining IJL, Mr*** has met women, ***There was also a 5th date that was set up for Mr*** with a woman named *** which he cancelled and then placed his account on hold for a month
I understand that in Mr***'s complaint he states that their were some matches that fell just outside of his parameters in any one areaOur agreement states, "IJL introduces members based on the judgment of IJL's employees who may take into account the general criteria and guidelines specified by its members." This means that based upon the professional opinion of our matchmakers, we will select any and every possible option for our clients that we feel will be a fit in an effort to maximize their membershipWith every match that has been selected, Mr*** was contacted by our office and was given a full description of that matchWe only count the matches that result in a date set up, and Mr*** agreed based on the description to move forward with these set upsWe make it clear through our advertising and our initial conversation that all of the dates are blind introductions
We do offer, by invitation only, an Elite Membership option which starts at $6000, where a client would be able to review photos of candidates that are personally recruited for each specific clientAlong with this personal recruiting, we also provide additional date coaching
On average our clients go out once every 2.5-weeks, some go out more often, and some go out lessMr*** is dating within this pace and we are ready to move forward as soon as he resumes his account

We then proceeded to reach out to Mr*** on 8/13, 8/and 8/to tell him about his next match KatAfter attempts with no response, Mr*** was placed on a courtesy hold so he did not waste any active timeWe informed Mr*** of this hold both through a phone message as well as a hard copy letter sent in the mail
We have made a strong effort to help Mr***, and have been delivering service as contractedMr*** also came into our San Francisco office for his in-person interview and has met with our team
Mr*** is not eligible for a refund per the terms of his agreement which state, "You, the Client, may cancel this agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and holidaysTo cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send a telegram which states that you, the Client, are canceling this agreement, or words to similar effectThis notice shall be sent to It's Just Lunch!, *** XXXXX." In addition to signing the agreement, Mr*** specifically signed and acknowledged our cancellation policyI have included a signed copy of his agreement for your reference
As previously mentioned, Mr***'s account has been placed on a courtesy holdWe are happy to continue his membership and move forward with his next match as soon as he is ready

The IJL states that they made it clear through their advertisement and initial conversation that all the dates are blind introductionsThis is not trueI was led to believe during the initial conversation prior to signing on, that IJL would go over the potential matches with me and they did not exclude sharing of face-photos as part of going over the profilesThey also led me to believe that they would provide me more than one choice at a time which later on turned out to be untrueIf I had known upfront that all the matches would be blind dates and that IJL would do the matching and provide just one choice of match, I would not have signed onAt the time of signing on I was offered choices and they misled me willfully into thinking that this was the way it would be every time they matched me which turned out to be untrueWhen I was subsequently told that there was one single match it left me feeling cornered and coerced into accepting that one single matchIJL added a lot of advertisement to every match by using high-sounding adjectives like 'Stunning', 'Amazing' etc., instead of stating what it was that IJL felt was the grounds for deciding that it was a good matchThey would read the physical description and personality of the person over the phone and add many high-sounding adjectives to push me to accept the matchOn one or two occasions when I felt that some of the filter criteria that I had set up in terms of a compatible ethinicity and age and marital status were blatantly mis-matched, I flatly refused to accept the matchThis had the side-effect of IJL putting me on a long wait period of more than a monthI would call within that time frame to inquire on updates and IJL would entertain the phone call for as short as seconds stating that there were no updates and that IJL was 'in the process of matching'I would get no insights into this process of matching which was quite vague and open-ended with no end in sightThis indefinite wait period added to my frustration as well since I felt that IJL had forgotten about me
Therefore, their claim to Revdex.com that their clients go out on dates once every to weeks and that I am dating within this pace is certainly not trueI have stated clearly that I went out dates with separate individuals matched through IJL over a month period which is definitely not in accordance with IJL's claim of providing dates every to weeksIn fact, *** who is the Director of IJL who handles my case, told me on the phone that she too felt that things were moving rather slowly for me compared to other clients and that this would be remedied
I understand that match-making is not easyBut I would have appreciated transparency and honesty in terms of the challenges faced by IJL in matching instead of the sales pitch which was misleading and manipulativeI was manipulated and coerced into paying upfront the annual service fee of $when I would have in fact, preferred a flexible monthly payment optionThis payment option was not even offered for considerationAfter making the upfront payment I feel helplessly locked into a service which is continuosly falling in qualityI do not have a dedicated customer service in IJL to seek redressal tooWhy should I stay on with a service when I am unhappy about the service?
IJL did not provide me the various levels of service and their associated price and instead determined the membership fee and level for me automaticallyLater on, when I raised a red-flag about not being to see the photos in order to determine whether I liked to meet the potential match or not, they proposed an additional service level which would allow IJL to share the photos and it would cost an additional $They have not answered my question raised through Revdex.com as to why they did not cover this point during the initial conversationThe various service levels are also not mentioned in the contractThese hidden costs go against consumer rights and IJL has violated my rights to full information before signing on, and misled me to commit to a year-long service by offering me partial information
On Aug I was waiting for scheduled call at 2pmSince I did not get the call (phone records can prove this), I wrote an email around 4pm to deregister my serviceAs a knee-*** reaction to this email IJL tried calling me but it was too little too late since I was convinced that they were not committed to helping me find a suitable match
I thank IJL for providing me the service for the months that I was with them (Feb to Aug when I opted out of the service, with the exception of April when the account was on hold)They may have tried to reach me on a few occasions after I expressed my desire to deregister but since my mind is made up I do not wish to be manipulated by empty assurances and hence have not responded to their calls
I humbly request Revdex.com to provide an arbitration and settle this case favorablyIn all fairness, I gave IJL a shot and IJL gave me a shot and while I do feel unhappy about the latest developments and the fall in the quality of service I also acknowledge their service and therefore I am open to settling for the middle ground of deducting months worth of the membership fee from and claiming the remainder ($1283) as final settlement amount due to meThis is a very fair settlement in my mind
If IJL is willing to provide this settlement amount and close my service that would reinstate the good faith and trust in the business in my mindThis will give me closure in this matterIf IJL does not honor this settlement request then I will be convinced that they act with malafide intentions and only hope to 'keep the meter running' without providing the contracted service and I will pursue every possible legal avenue available to me to recover my money and I shall also spread the word in every forum that IJL had meted out an unjust treatment to me which has created emotional trauma from which I will take many months to recoverI will also submit my case to the Federal Trade Commission and other bodies which have a supervisory and regulatory role seeking a positive interventionI sincerely hope and pray that IJL would meet me half-way and facilitate the requested settlement

To address Mr***'s concern about not being offered a membership with our affiliate program Elite, those membership are typically offered to existing clients by invitation onlyIn these memberships, clients are able to review photographs prior to their date set upBecause of the amount of work involved in these memberships, our Elite team works only with a specific number of clients at a time and it is completely based on IJL's decision who will be eligiable for this type of membership
As previously mentioned, and as stated in our agreement, "IJL introduces members based on the judgment of IJL's employees who may take into account the general criteria and guidelines specified by its members." Mr***'s matches were selected by his director who made her selections based on her professional opinion of who she felt was best suited for him
Mr*** is not eligible for any type of refund, full or pro-rated, and his account will remain on hold until he is ready to resume (not to exceed days after which his account will expire on hold)
Mr*** has almost months remaining in his membership and we are eager to continue introducing him to even more incredible women
