I would like to accept the $in certificate but we paid for a year warranty in which the sales person stated everything, including even accidents were covered, let it be known that is not even an accident just faulty low grade grade furnitureI do not believe this is good faith If you push on a customer a year warranty for an additional amount, you should stand behind it, after purchase was complete I was given a pamphlet with a number to call if repairs needed to be made, at no time was it ever mentioned this would be through a 3rd partyThis to me feels like misrepresentation I had tried for the last year to get help from Jeromes directly with no help just rudeness All we really want is furniture that lasts for the time of warranty and for you to honor said warrantyWe started asking for repairs when the couch was years old,it just doesn't seem too much to ask for repairs, that to me is good faith, repairs in your warehouse seems to me to be the same as $in store credit I would like to extend a personal invite for the company to personally look at the couch and tell me this is the furniture they stand behind like their advertising and selling in showroom

[We bought the warranty from Jermones we have already been thought this issue with the manufacturing company and again they said talk to Jerones I'm tired of the back in forth someone needs to step up and resolve this why are you so concerned if there is a stain on the mattress you can't resell it its the issue of springs that have collasped on both mattresses)

I have attached a copy of the receipt given to me by Jeromes with their refund policy. Refunds are given by Jeromes according to my receipt

The company gave me full assurance when I purchased the furniture that they would replace any defective piece within the first yearI purchased the furniture set in July and the dresser cracked in November which is within that yearAlso, I called the company to have another service representative assess the crack and other problems on the dresser againThe customer service representative told me January 5th would be the next time Jerome's could send a representativeI asked that they contact my daughter who has the furniture setCustomer service representative agreed to contact my daughter, which as of January 5th, they have not done this either and from their letter response to me, it sounds like they never intended to
This is another example of them not fulfilling their obligations to their customersBut after reviewing Jerome's Revdex.com report from other consumers, I'm not surprisedI am very disappointed with this companyIt seems they will tell you anything to get you to purchase their product knowing that they don't stand behind or mean what they say.Regards,*** ***

days after they said they would) with "their terms" of resolution and deadlines. I have waited four months for them to contact me, after reaching out to them four times, I am still weighing the options

Since the set you selected is also
discontinued, we have provided full credit of what you initially paid to be used toward something else in the store
There is no new delivery fee The offer is for equal or greater value Should you select an item less than the original value of your set; the remaining balance will be kept as store credit
Should you select something greater in pricing you would be responsible for the price difference
Once you have made your new selection we will pithe existing set in your home at the time of the new delivery. The above offer is valid until April 21,
