HOWEVER, the delivery of the replacement came with more headaches Delivery schedule 1/hours early and expected customer to run home from work risking losing job or re-schedule for another day Call Customer service, same bad attitude Had to call the only nice person that made this happen to begin with while on the phone , the replacement came damaged Ended up taking a part from the original to put on the new just to have the nightmare over WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN I really hope nothing more goes wrong with my purchase since there process is ridiculous and unprofessional and no regard for a customers time.

Peeling can occur in leather for many different reasons including but not limited to: exposure to direct sunlight, friction from everyday clothing such as jeans, cleaners or condition as well as natural body and hair oils

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** *** *** ***Upon reviewing Jerome’s latest response, I felt that they had overlooked the issue I had with their offer. *** *** Jerome’s Customer Care Manager, wrote “As a good faith gesture, we can gladly offer you 50% of the original retail cost of the lift chair in gift certificates.” She then went on to say that they were sending gift certificates for $225, placing the original retail cost of my Shiatsu chair as $450. As the attached invoice shows, my Shiatsu recliner’s original retail cost was $699.99. I expressed this discrepancy in my e-mail of June 26, 2015, to which *** *** apologized for the delay in mailing the gift certificates, but made no reference to the discrepancy. I have unsuccessfully attempted to call *** *** four times.Thank you.*** ***

That response is for the adjustable base on the bed. It is a different issueThey sent me parts and am waiting for a repair person to come over and install.This claim is the issue of the footboard. A piece of the wood fell off the legI contacted the warranty company and it isn't covered because it was not an accident. I've contacted Jerome's several times on this issue and never received a response from them except to have the warranty company contact me.This bed is only months oldI certainly expected a better quality than I was sent and that it would last longerSince part of the leg that tests on the floor is broken off I am concerned about the rest of the leg cracking and breaking.All I want is for Jerome's to replace the footboard on my bedIt is a nice set but with the footboard broken it doesn't look as nice.*** ***

We have the seat cushions on order to be replaced for the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any alternative options, including a refund. All of our sales are final, which our consumers are made aware of at the time of purchase. Our warranty is for parts and service, which we are abiding by.
