Dear [redacted] Thank you for reaching out to us We apologize for any inconvenience which has occurred After review of your account, the order was delivered on March 3, On this delivery we provided the trundles (the daybed only comes with a trundle, this set based upon our website does not offer drawers), since the merchandise was out of stock at that time We attempted to deliver the new trundles in November, however, the merchandise was sent back The trundle which was originally provided as a loaner was the same item which we delivered in November Information has been sent to the [redacted] showroom to have a sales manager or supervisor contact you in regards to your invoice Unfortunately it does not appear this bed is sold/and or comes with the option for under drawers vsa trundle Please expect a call within hours Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at [redacted] Sincerely, Jerome's Furniture

In regards to this claim as representative of the Chula Vista showroom will be contacting the customer directly As a one-time courtesy we will authorize the consumer to return the mattress protector as long as it is in as new condition The consumer would have hours to return the mattress protector to the store location Should the consumer have any additional questions or concerns, she may contact us at [redacted]

In regards to this claim, our deliveries are completed by a 3rd party delivery company called [redacted] All property damage claims have to be submitted through their company directly After review of the claim, [redacted] spoke with the consumer the end of May and are currently awaiting pictures of the property damage to be sent directly to their office The consumer can contact us directly at [redacted] if they have already submitted the pictures and additional information required to [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

In regards to this claim, the consumer contacted our Customer Care Department via e-mail.The sofa sleeper in question has been discontinued by the manufacturer and unfortunately we cannot provide this product to the consumer The refund for this item was already refunded to the consumer.At this time, this sleeper is no longer available and will no longer be sold through Jerome's.We have offered the consumer 10% off a future purchase for the inconvenience This offer is still valid and currently has no expiration date.The order has been notated with this information.Should the consumer need further assistance, they can simply contact us at [redacted] Sincerely,Jerome's Furniture

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As of today I have yet to receive any side slats from the store of anyoneI was told on my first conversation with the customer care representative that the slat would be delivered and installed in a timely mannerSecondly I was told if I did install the side slats it would void my warranty I had on my bed frameI would like clarification of the warranty and when I will receive and have installed the side slatsAs for the failure to let the customer know the side slats are display only, Jerome's own salesperson was telling us the side slats were a feature on the bed not a "display only" addition and not part of the actual bed frame that was to be deliveredThis is why I continue to say it was advertisement, there was no visible sign annotating or stating that the bed may differ from what is delivered nor was there a clause stated that this may be the caseI would like Jerome's to make it a company policy for a visible sign stating such so other consumers may be aware of this situationIt was stated by the customer care representative that this situation happens often and she was able to help us outAs for the compensation, I do not wish to receive a gift card to a Jerome's store, if they wish to give a gift card I will accept a competitors gift card in lieu of cash if that is their policy, I will not be returning to Jerome's for any more purchasesLastly I still believe that the tag violation rebuttal of "It can come off" is a correct response for a company of this size to sayI would like to know if anything beyond "talking" with the 3rd party company has been doneJerome's has yet to acknowledge any wrong doing in the multiple situations that have arisen from one simple delivery Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mr***, Thank you for contacting us After review of your account, the merchandise in question was delivered on October 21, At the time of purchase your merchandise came with a warranty directly through Jerome’s This warranty covers any manufacturing defects which are reported within the first year from the original delivery date The one year warranty on your merchandise expired on October 21, Unfortunately, we do not offer extended warranties on the manufacturer’s warranty and the expiration date would have been listed above We do understand your frustration; however, we cannot comply with your request for repair of the merchandise in your residence since you are out of our warranty I can gladly refer you to a 3rd party company that specializes in all type of furniture repair Furniture Medic is a reputable company and can be reached at [redacted] Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

I was inconvenienced, and that day all that they could offer was 10% off (new items only) which was a slap in the face. Now I'm being offered free shopping and with restrictions, which is another slap in the face. I think I will just take my business elsewhere because all Jerome's [redacted] has for me is petty offers. As a consumer, that is very degrating. As far as the tag being moved by another consumer is not true since that manager stated the the salesperson forgot to put the "sold" tag on. Regards, [redacted] ***
