Sept3rd I called SCE&G & told them electric wire was down to my street light Oct4th, no change & I'm still being charged operate street light On September the 3rd, I called SCE&G and told them a storm had brought down a wire which feeds a street light October 4th, I called SCE&G to get an update to see when I could expect it to be fixed (on the SCE&G message machine, it state it takes up to business days to fix a street light) SCE&G representative I spoke with said since I was under contract I would have to trim my trees before street light could be fixed However, I am not under contract with SCE&G I stated if SCE&G couldn't fix the light to take the charges off my bill and I would provide my own street light SCE&G representative stated she couldn't take charges off my bill nor could she remove where I'm being charged every month from my bill

Fine print error in SCE&G water heater repair plan product I have been paying SCE&G $monthly for a warranty in the event of a hot water heater failure I found that my size heater (gallon electric ) was not covered The fine print stated that coverage was up to a gallon tank The service repair man (Plumb Pros of ladson SC )was quick to give me a fifty gallon unit but I would have to purchase $in additional items to make this work I requested them to install a gallon unit to find that this size is also not available SCE&G was quick to offer all of my premiums refunded , but I still have a water heater problem which I would like replaced with a sixty or eighty gallon unit THANKS

On Jan.20,2016, SCE&G did digging on [redacted] which resulted in damaging the water line of our Warehouse located at [redacted] On Thursday, Jan21, 2016, we arrived at our Warehouse located at [redacted] Columbia, SC XXXXX, to see water "gushing" out of our water meter box and flooding [redacted] go to our Warehouse several days a week, but not every dayWe immediately called the City of Columbia Water Department to report this problem, and they responded that "they were aware of the problem."
