On or about August I checked my credit report and saw that was an reporting for SC Electric & Gas which states was charged off in the amount of $I sent SC Electric & Gas a letter USPS Certified Mail informing them that I saw this account on my credit report, and that I dispute it because it is not minesI received an response back from SC Electric & Gas basically stating when the services was provided and amount dueI sent a second letter USPS Certified basically stating they need to provide proof that they is my debt, and that this account is fraudI also provided them with my lease to show I never lived in the listed service address: *** *** Ave ** *** S.CXXXXXI informed them that I lived in Atlanta, GA for several years now with my husband who is an investigator here in Georgia

Moved out September 30th , disconnected service and still being charged
My lease ended on September 30th I contacted the company on July 28th, letting them know that is the date I would be cutting off my serviceI again sent them a letter with my bill in September and called saying that I was still being charged for electricity Unbeknownst to me, the company forwarded the payments to collections with no consent from me violating FCRA and also no corepondenceThe lease ending agreement I sent them had my new address and I also gave it to themI would never under any circumstance leave an electricity bill unpaid I want this remedied

In December of 2015, I purchased a home My lease on my apartment at *** *** *** *** SC, XXXXX did not end until the end of January I placed a request to have electric and gas transferred into my name on December at *** *** and requested that electric be terminated at *** *** I setup auto-draft at this time for my new account SCE&G not only setup auto-draft for the wrong residence, but has continued to bill me even though this is the second time I've called them asking why my other account is still active since January

The SCE&G representative processed a refund for me of $The refund got cancelled due to an error made by the repI was not notifiedIt has been over three weeks and I still had not received my refundI called SCE&G for an explanation todayThey repwho took the call said the refund would be reprocessed againThe reason was it got cancelled She did not give me an explanationI asked for a supervisorThe supervisor told me about the rep.'s errorThe only solution the supervisor has is to reprocess the refund This is a very poor process for such a major utility companyThe mistake should have been identified and corrected to avoid a delay to the customerManagement at this place is obviously very low skilled or lack the training to be proactive thinkers on how to avoid such issues affecting their customers

Multiple complaints reported by customer for broken meter at home went ignored, resulting in extremely large electric bill once fixed

I have been a victim of fraud and it has been over a month since I have filed a complaint with them with no response

I am demanding a cease and desist so DELETION from credit reports per FDCPA as it states reporting is a CONTINUED attempt to collect a debt and that is illegal
