I am rejecting this response because:i did recieve one rear carbrator on the13th and when I called jegs again to ask when I would recieve the other other and they said that they didnt have one and maybe next month which is unacceptable

This has been going on since 2014 Plus I order it from Jeg' not March which didn't  know until they put me in the middle when UPS was on the phone . I didn't know when it was coming .

I am rejecting this response because: my replacement receipt has nothing to do with the order I placed through your company... I was instructed by your employee ([redacted])to go purchase another that it would take a week or so to get this resolved and I had friends and family coming over to help me get my car started that weekend.. so thats what I did, now you want to play games to see what your competition is charging... if this is how you treat your customers I know alot of people that will hear of my experiences with Your company and most importantly customer service or lack there of...

General Motors has agreed to warranty the engine. We've contacted the customer and he is aware. Orange Buick GMC will be handling the warranty. Once the customer has the replacement engine he will return to Jegs for a refund.Greg S[redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I am very much appreciative of Ann's help at JEG in solving my issue.  When I tried to pay for the return tag - there was an error on that that came up on their web site.They have refunded the return tag,  shipped it back for free, and will refund the part when they get it.    Thank you .
