[redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I am very much appreciative of Ann's help at JEG in solving my issue. When I tried to pay for the return tag - there was an error on that that came up on their web site.They have refunded the return tag, shipped it back for free, and will refund the part when they get it.
