I am rejecting this response because: The fed ex driver told me two different locations. First he told me he left the items on my front porch, then he said he left the items under the carport. I find that rather odd that he didn't know exactly where he left the items. I no longer need the parts so I am just asking that JEGGS refund me for the other parts that I did not receive. Also, I took a look at the reviews and JEGGS has had numerous complaints about people not receiving parts and /or the parts being damaged. I feel that JEGGS is not taking responsibility for what happened. I would not be going through all this hassle if I had the parts to began with. The parts that were delivered to my house by UPS were delivered with no problem and they were under my carport untouched. With this information I would just rather do business with a reputable company.
