Atlantic credit and finance has absolutely no customer service otherwise they would know that I am the wife of *** ***, we live at the same address, share the bank account they use to be authorized to take monthly payments from, even share and email addressI think that this is ridiculous that I am having to communicate about the account in question through the B.B.B.!!So now that we know what account we are talking about, today I received a call from the B.B.B to bring my attention to this obserd response that should have been conducted over the phone between Atlantic and myself/husband. The very nice lady was giving a number to pass on to me and it is indeed the very same number that has no secretary or employees to speak withOnce again I am IThe very same situation that lead me to open a complaint with the B.B.B IThe first place

Im not satisfied with my personal information being sold another company because of Atlantic Credit & Finance harassment and poor training I would prefer my account be either sent back to the original creditor or either deletedHaving already been a victim to identity theft, my information being passed from company to company makes me beyond uncomfortable and terrified.

that were paid by the consumer to the original creditor, *** BankTo date, no payments have been forwarded

Atlantic on the account without first speaking to and obtaining authorization

Thank you for providing us a copy of the consumer’s complaint. After a review of our records we did speak with the consumer at his place of employment and regret that this was an inconvenient time or place to contact the consumer. Once we were told that contact at the consumer’s place of
