I am sorry we were unable to help you in refinancing the car but let me address a few of your items in the complaint First, we can close loans in to business days but we need to have help from the customer I can see that we spoke to you almost everyday (and sometimes several times per day) for more than a week Second, in your case your credit is really not "A1" but rather what we would consider "Average" Third since you are self employed we needed tax returns (to prove stated income) for and It appears that you have never filed since the IRS 4506-T showed no return Finally, you live in NY which is a title holding state which means the consumer holds the title with the lien on the backIn your case we spoke to Nissan and they showed they had sent it to you so we needed for you to get a duplicate title from the State of NYSo there are many things going on that prohibited a timely and complete loan closure I am sorry we couldnt help you at this time but we have some minimum requirements that must be met Like you, we spent a lot of time on this and got nothing to show for it so it doesnt benefit us to go through all the steps as well

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] There is no response from this company for resolution as of yet

Again once you apply at https://www.openroadlending.com/applyone/ you agreed to the terms on this page (http://www.openroadlending.com/terms-conditions/) which are as follows: Pay close attention to bullet #2, #and # Also as stated earlier, multiple credit inquiries within a day period has no effect on your score The credit bureaus know people show around so that don't ding your score for that shopping.By clicking on the “Click to Complete and Start Saving” button, the applicant and any co-applicant (each individually referred to as “I”, “me”, or “my”) agree to the following:I certify that everything stated in my application is true, correct and complete.I agree that OpenRoad Lending may forward this application and my financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others that may be able to offer me, or assist me in finding, financing or other products that meets my needsSome of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender.I expressly grant OpenRoad Lending and its third parties, affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees the authority to call and/or email me with questions related to this application and share information about other products and services available.I have read and agree to the State Disclosures and OpenRoad Lending Privacy Policy.I have read and agree to the Consent for Electronic Disclosures, agreeing to the receipt of these and future disclosures and communications electronically, including, without limitation, providing the Privacy Notice on OpenRoad Lending’s web site.If I have applied with a co-applicant, I and the co-applicant both acknowledge it is our intent to apply for a joint account.I authorize OpenRoad Lending and its lending partners, automobile dealers, third parties, affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees to obtain such additional information as may be required, including credit reports, in order to complete the processing of my application.I authorize those third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others which are forwarded the application to share information in the application and any other credit information they obtain with other third parties who may be able to offer or arrange for a loan or financing through a dealer or other products and services.I am sorry that we are unable to help you at this time

We spoke to customer on 1/and 1/about their application on a website (which is not ours) at [redacted] At first customer said he never applied anyway but then after being shown proof by ***, he admitted that he did apply on the website You can see on the application that it clearly shows that his credit will be pulled and that [redacted] has the right to forward to other lenders Even with all this, the strongest point is that multiple credit inquiries within a day period (which these were) have no adverse affect on your credit score It is a myth You can see this article by Experian ( [redacted] ) but there are many others on the web by other credit bureaus stating the same thing The credit bureaus know you are shopping for credit during a period of time and they do hold it against you to do so Again I am sorry we couldnt help at this time but this is a valid inquiry of credit If you feel you did not apply please contact ***

That is not the case The concerns you have are disclosed on this web page (http://www.openroadlending.com/terms-conditions/) that is agreed upon when submitting your application Whether you read it or not I cannot tell but we help thousands of customers each month save money I am sorry that I cannot reverse the inquiry as we are bound by the credit bureaus that we can only request to remove invalid inquiries

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If there are limitations in changing title in certain stars this should be stated up front or included in the application before a credit check Regards, [redacted] ***

I am sorry we couldnt give you the 10.99% rate as is but that was only if your loan to value (LTV) was 100% or lessAs stated above your LTV (without any buffer) was over 104%If you are still interested, we can offer you the 10.99% rate if you make a one-time $principal payment to your lienholderNow to address the buffer of $We have done this for almost years and it is our experience, along with our competitors, to increase the day buffer because customers tend to drag their feet in returning and signing documentsIf you complete the process quickly any overage will go back to you, not to us so there is not any incentive to have a high buffer other than to protect us of being shortYou will get your money back We have never kept any overage before You work for a dealership and not a finance company so you have differing abilities to deal with payoffs so it is apples and orangesAgain I am sorry we couldnt meet your expectations but we are lowering your current interest rate by 6% and saving you thousands of dollars over the life of the loanWe can get to the lessor rate if you will pay down your principal by only $ This was already addressed directly with the customer and with a Revdex.com review

Im sorry for your experience but only one person name Wendy from our company has called you We log all our phone calls and emails and we only have one location in Texas so I don't know who else would be calling you We do have you approved for an interest rate that is about half of your current interest rate and your current lender is not incented to lower your interest rate because they have you on a contract for a much higher rate So let us know if you want to move forward or not Thanks

First let me start by apologizing this was not a good experience for youOur goal is to make applying with our company a positive experience for everyoneThere are specific disclosures you agree to once you complete the application.Once you complete the application, you agree to allow us to pass your information to other lenders who may be able to offer you financing:I agree that OpenRoad Lending may forward this application and my financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others that may be able to offer me, or assist me in finding, financing or other products that meets my needsSome of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender.I authorize those third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others which are forwarded the application to share information in the application and any other credit information they obtain with other third parties who may be able to offer or arrange for a loan or financing through a dealer or other products and services. You can find the link here : http://www.openroadlending.com/terms-conditions/Also multiple auto inquiries in a short period of time (within weeks) have little or no affect on scoring as discussed here but you can find many more if you just google it This is directly from Experian: http://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/2009/03/01/impact-on-credit-scores-of... we do apologize for your poor experience with our company and hope we can earn your business some day in the future

First let me start by apologizing for a poor experience you had with our companyAfter reviewing your application, it appears that you were initially approved as you indicatedHowever, once we learned about your vehicle that you are refinancing, it was determined that you no longer qualifiedYour initial approval was based solely on your credit but your vehicle also meet our guidelines (or newer, less than 100,miles and less than a 125% LTV meaning we will finance up to 125% of the value of the vehicle)In your case, the LTV is over 170% and therefore no longer qualifyWhen you completed your application with us you agreed to allow us to pass your information on to 3rd parties if we were unable to approve your application which is what we didI have now removed your information from any further marketing efforts per your request.Again, I am sorry for your poor experienceI hope we can earn your business sometime in the future.Regards,The OpenRoad Lending Team

I am sorry we were unable to give you the rate on the mailer but we did cut your rate by over 4%The reason we couldn't offer you a lower rate is when we send our mailers we assume your loan to value (the amount you owe in relation to the value of that vehicle) is 125% or lessIn your case the LTV was over 140%, making the loan a higher risk so we need to charge a greater rate That is also the reason we tried to add GAP because it is good protection considering your loan to value is so high We have since removed the GAP policy but the rate cannot change due to the high LTV

Ms [redacted] - thank you for sharing your concerns about our processesWhen you received your pre-approved offer from us, there are disclosures on the back of the letter indicating this was solely based on your credit information obtained from the credit reporting agenciesWe don't have other items which play a part in the overall underwriting process including job time, income, collateral information, etcOnce we received all of that information, it was determined you no longer met our criteriaThe Lexington Law ad you are referring to is there to assist those customers who are interested in improving their credit scoreNo one is forced or encouraged in any way to sign up for the serviceIt is only there for those who might be interested in these servicesI am sorry we were not able to assist you with your refinancing needs The OpenRoad Lending Team

We weren't saying that you made up the information but it has been done in the past so we have to protect ourselves to make sure someone can make the payments You would be stunned what extent some people go to in order to forge IRS documents We have no way of knowing if they were ever filed or not It is very common for self employed persons to have to provide bank statements as a means for a loan In fact sometimes employed persons have to provide bank statements for a mortgage, so for us to require that kind of documentation is not uncommon for a loan We can only make money by lending it so I don't know what kind of scam this is because we want to get you a loan; however, we have certain requirements for loans to protect us and you to make sure you can make the payments Some lenders are willing to 'waive' certain requirements in exchange for a much higher interest rateFor this particular loan we need to see bank statements I am sorry you are frustrated by the situation but we have to follow our rules for making loans to self employed persons

Again I am sorry for the confusion but your first payment isnt due until around 12/because your loan funded on 11/1/because the first payment was for days later I will reach out to [redacted] to make sure someone makes contact with you tomorrow I can assure you that you are not late and no late fees have accrued If you want, you can call me directly at ###-###-#### and we can conference call with the SVP of Collections at [redacted] that I know personally so we can find out what is going on Your refund of over $will be coming from [redacted] in the next few days as you made a payment to them in addition to our payoff That will be more than enough to cover your first payment of $with Car Finance Again I am sorry we didnt meet your expectations but are making changes to our documentation for [redacted] customers to introduce [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My application was neither fraudulently nor inadvertently placed OpenRoad lending sent out and misleading advertising We were able to meet all the Qualifications necessary to take advantage of the “pre approved” offer to refinance my automobile for months @ 3.49% We met the two requirements noted in the email thread attached from [redacted] at OpenRoad Lending The income and LTV % Regards, [redacted]

Im sorry we were unable to lower your rate I am not sure where the 6.99% came from but your final rate can only be guaranteed once you apply with your income, we can pull your current credit profile and determine the value of your vehicle, including options and mileage In your case we did approve you just not at a rate that created enough saving Part of the reason your rate is where it is is because your loan to value (what your car is worth in comparison to what you owe) is over 127% If you could pay down to under 110% then your rate would go down as well As far as the credit drop of points, that amount is really immaterial in total as the biggest driver to improve your score is making your payments on time The credit score is constantly moving as creditors are updating your for payments and/or new credit, so its always a moving target When you applied, one of the checkboxes you agree to is: • I agree to consent to Electronic Disclosures and to use electronic records and signaturesI consent to receive disclosures electronically. So we did have permission to have you sign electronically Again I am sorry we were unable to help at this time

I am sorry that we cannot help you but because you don't like the fact that our lending guidelines (which all lenders have including home, credit card and auto) could not lower your rate, we cant just make this exception This is clearly disclosed on the mail piece about your loan to value and your vehicle Also you accepted our terms when you completed the loan application which can be found at http://www.openroadlending.com/terms-conditions/ which state in part you agree to allow us to pass your information to other lenders who may be able to offer you financing:I agree that OpenRoad Lending may forward this application and my financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others that may be able to offer me, or assist me in finding, financing or other products that meets my needsSome of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender.I authorize those third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others which are forwarded the application to share information in the application and any other credit information they obtain with other third parties who may be able to offer or arrange for a loan or financing through a dealer or other products and services

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After almost weeks, I haven't received a bill for an auto loan that was advertised with 98% customer satisfaction, and it turns out a simple search of the mystery company that now has my loan shows that over 90% of customers are unhappy and they have given me no way to pay a bill that is still accruing interest!!! They have owed me a refund for weeks because I made a payment before the loan was paid off, and I had to file a Revdex.com complaint to make them recognize this They lured me in with the idea of a speedy process and money savings, and almost months later, I am having to fight with these dishonest people just to get a bill and contact from the actual lender! This is totally unacceptable for such a "reputable" organization. Why are you advertising a bank ( [redacted] ) with an "A+" when over 90% of customers are unhappy???Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for your emailWhen you applied with our company, you agreed to certain terms and conditions that permit us to forward your application to other companies if we are unable to assist you with your refinancingUnfortunately, we were unable to assist you because your LTV or loan to value far exceeded our allowable guidelines (170% vs 125% maximum allowed) and therefore we passed your application onto other companies to assist youSince your complaint, we have removed you from any further marketing and your information will not be passed to any other partnersWe do apologize for the poor experienceListed below are the terms you agreed to:I agree that OpenRoad Lending may forward this application and my financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others that may be able to offer me, or assist me in finding, financing or other products that meets my needsSome of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender.I authorize OpenRoad Lending and its lending partners, automobile dealers, third parties, affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees to obtain such additional information as may be required, including credit reports, in order to complete the processing of my application. The OpenRoad Lending Team

In no way could we label out every possible add / delete to all states for titling purposes Then you have all the name change and variation issues with people titled on registration differently than title which is different than their drivers license The matrix is complex and would befuddle consumers I appreciate the suggestion but it isnt practical to our business Again I am sorry for the complaint
