Typical deceiving company who hides behind their contrary clauses. There customer service representatives tell you the opposite of what their policy says. Garbage company, garbage service and garbage management. I will express my dislike of this fraud company by word of mouth and social networking.

I am sorry but we gave you exactly what you requested Removal of our inquiries and now you are asking for money Unfortunately we dont do business that way and we were in the right on our rejection based on timing of your new accounts We were trying to go above and beyond I am sorry we cannot "pay" for this hustle

We received your application on 12/15/from a partner of ours called CarChex You applied with them to purchase a vehicle from the IP Address of [redacted] and they forwarded it to us because they are not a lender The IP Address is from Ocala Florida An email was sent about the application back then to [redacted] which was your listed employer If you feels this is in error and someone has stolen your identity then file a police report with your local police and then send the report to [redacted] , we will remove the inquiry

When speaking with Open Road's Supervisor, he stated that they never had anything like this happen beforeFurther, that I must have applied, because nobody else would stand to gain from a refinance of a vehicleI would differ because 'they' or any lender would stand to gain from my vehicle' current finance being moved from the current providerI have asked that all related Open Road Lending and affiliate credit inquiries be removed from my credit report(s) without further delayIf this cannot be effected, I will be in contact with my legal team to discuss taking action as this could very well cost me tens of thousands and the loss of a home that I'd already entered into a $400k purchase contract Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry we were unable to help you but we do not admit we ran your credit unnecessarily We first try to see if you qualify based on your credit Once we do, we validate that your vehicle fits within our loan to value guidelines In your case, we validated that your credit profile was sufficient Next we validated the amount you owed which was almost $11,but the value of your vehicle was only $5, The Loan to value was over 200% and our max is only at 160% So unfortunately were unable to help you out If you were able to pay down your loan then we could help but the current LTV is too high for our programs

I am sorry we were unable to help you The mailer you received was from data that we bought in July You applied in August and since then you had a charge off that reported in August with [redacted] which drastically affected your credit The back of the offer discloses that "you must continue to meet the criteria used to select you in this offer and our creditworthiness criteria." Unfortunately, your credit changed during that time and we are no longer able to offer you the same opportunity

They have in fact gotten me another loan with a better rate after rejecting my initial application I have no further complaints with this company

Again I am sorry about the poor experience. The links are just above the submit button on the application so I'm not sure how we are hiding anything. Also people are pre-approved for lots of types of credit (auto, mortgage, credit cards) but often times you have to prove your income or have insurance or have a drivers license (etc) in order to complete the loan.

This is incorrect Customer applied and was approved to refinance his Jeep Grand Cherokee for a rate that was only slightly lower than his current rate What the customer is not stating is on his current loan with WFDS, there is another borrower which does not want to be on the loan anymore In some states we are unable to delete customers off title and Georgia happens to be one of them Also by only having person on the loan as compared to 2, the risk of default increases, thus making the rate go up.I am sorry we are unable to help you at this time but you are approved and if you add the other person to the loan, we will be able to continue
