I find it hard to believe that any one would just hang up on you Please send any copies of flyers or mailers with offers for a cruise to [redacted] Also you can call me at ###-###-#### and I will answer any of your questions

First let me say I apologize if you felt our agent Jalissa was rude, but I pulled the call to review and found her to be matter of factIf it did come across as rude I apologize I will review with her For the other part of the claim we did approve you for about $16, What you failed to mention in your complaint that all loans come with some requirements One of our requirements is that your loan to value (the amount you owe as compared to the value of your vehicle) must be less than 140% In your case your loan to value is over 190% Which means that you owe almost 2x what your car is valued to your existing lienholder If you were able to make a payment and bring that LTV down to less than 140%, we would be able to help you refinance But as it stands right now we are unable to continue I am sorry we cannot help you

Again multiple inquiries made within days have no effect on your credit scoreYou can research yourself but here is just of many articles by Experian (the largest credit bureau) addressing the issuehttp://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/2013/10/30/multiple-inquiries-wh... Unfortunately when you submit your application to us, you give us permission to pull credit and to pass to others IF we cannot help your situationMost of this occurs instantly so its hard / difficult to stop the process Again I am sorry for your poor experience with us

You shared my information with other companies after I gave you notice not to do so and you confirmedBelow is the list Again, I only responded to your pre approved offer and NOT these other companies I sent certified letters to the other companies for proof of my signed application so I can show the FTC that they did not have my permission to run my credit and you agreed it would not be shared with any one else as the application will only be the one from YOU [redacted]

We have spoken with Ms [redacted] and there is simply nothing we can do with her caseThe signed note and Security agreement (that she signed and submitted) did not have GAPI am sorry that we didn't add it but she has some responsibility to make sure that the paperwork is correct before and of course afterward but not years later after an accident has occurred

I am sorry that you feel this way Again we are here to make loans but unfortunately we can't help everyone I am sorry you felt you were unable to read all the disclosures and that you applied for your spouse

I am sorry that we couldnt help you but the email has a disclaimer on the approval that states "Final terms of your loan will be based on several factors...." From a credit perspective you are approved but your loan to value (the amount you are borrowing as compared to the value of your vehicle) has to be less than 150% Your LTV is over 215% If you are able to pay down your existing loan by about $5,(as a principal reduction) then we can continue Unfortunately you are approved based on your credit but it is your existing loan that is too much for our guidelines which is no different than a house loan I am sorry we couldnt help at this time

Thank you for sharing your concernsThe information you are stating is not accurateWe do offer new and used purchase loans along with our refinance loans, however, in WA, we only offer refinancingThere are laws in the state of Washington that makes it difficult to do loans other than direct to the consumer (like refinancing)When a dealer is brought into the loop, the lender rules change and it makes it difficult to conduct those types of loans in your stateIf you are trying to remove someone from the existing loan and refinance it in your name only, that is not allowed in WA eitherTo refinance in that state, there can be no change to the way the vehicle is currently registered in the stateI am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope we can earn your business in the futureRegards,The OpenRoad Lending Team

I am sorry that we were unable to help you but from a credit perspective you were prequalified The reason you were declined was because your vehicle did not meet the requirements If you look on back of the letter there is the following language which specifies that your vehicle must be a or newer and less than 100,miles From the letter:Credit is available for the refinancing of one loan on your credit report that is secured by a vehicle or light duty truck that is no more than seven model years old or newer, with a maximum mileage not exceeding 100, Again I am sorry we could not help at this time

I am sorry but we should have never mailed you Experian is supposed to knock out limited tradeline individuals If you will send a letter to [redacted] , requesting the removal of the inquiry, we will have it removed Again I am sorry for the confusion

There are several pieces of information that is not public record that we use like year, make and model Even if we did we still would not know your mileage on your vehicle (not public) or the options because not all manufacturers provide that information in the VIN decoders The other information we dont have at the time of the mailer is your income so we have to make some generic assumptions Again I am sorry but the LTV and income requirements are on the mailer and we have removed you from any future mailers.Tell us why here

First of all I am sorry that we were unable to help you We send mailers to prospective customers because based on their credit we can save them money Based on your credit we could save you money However, we do not know your income or the vehicle that is going to be refinanced until you apply In your case, the loan to value (the amount owed compared to what the car is worth) is over 200% Most lenders will not even do 150% because of the risk of default Therefore we were unable to help you at this time unless you were able to lower the balance owed I know that is probably an unreasonable request but it is the reality of the situation Again I am sorry we couldnt help you and unfortunately no one wins in these situations
