The customer placed this order with us on October ***, 2014; reference order ***. The Eccotemp tankless water heater model Bhas a one year warranty and is advertised as such. Unfortunately this item is no longer under warranty.Sincerely, Carolyn G***Global Industrial

We sincerely apologize for this customer's negative experience with Global Industrial, and are actively working to correct this complaint. When this issue first surfaced, we explained to the customer that the price was per each chair and not $for a pack of four chairs. We gave the
customer a $discount on May *, and advised him that he would need to order the balance of the chairs with the sales rep. We sincerely apologize for this customer's negative experience with Global Industrial, and are actively working to correct this complaint. When the customer originally requested to return this order they wanted to return it because they had changed their mind. Never did the customer say
that the product was defective until after the fans were returned. A request was made to refund the customer back for the return freight, however it was denied because the product was not defective. The customer was given full credit for the full purchase in the amount of $219.80. This was refunded back to the credit card used at the time of purchase. The credit was refunded back to the customer's credit card bank on or around July **, 2016. The customer is not due any additional credit; the product was not defective and was adjusted back into stock once returned.As a good faith measure, we will redo the refund request. The refund check will be processed and mailed out by the end of next week. From there, the customer will need to allow 10-business days for receipt as they are in California.If there is anything else we can do to accommodate the customer, please don't hesitate to contact us againSincerely, *** *** Global Industrial

The Chair Packaging was torn upon arival therefore it was not possible to dissasamble the chair and packaged it back When Chair was put together there was a part which we could not install Seems like from another chair or should have been different part I Tried Posting reviews on the website and both was deleted/ignored The Botton Part I am asking for at least partial refund. In reference to complaint ID ***, the matter has been resolved. Apparently the item was shipped using a different *** tracking number than the one provided to me by Global Industries. Despite the fact that I repeatedly attempted to communicate with someone
who could tell me the status of my shipment, no one from Global Industries every communicated with me. While this is incredibly frustrating, I did receive my fan, damage free and, once assembled, in good working orderWhy no one from Global Industries bothered to send me an email (especially after telling me that they would) is beyond me. That action would have clarified this matter and avoided wasting my time trying to track down the shipment. While their inactions reflect poor customer service, I'm willing to call this complaint resolved because I finally received the item purchased
