Horrible company! My order # M14C5842. I've ordered the watch on 30th of November and charged for this, and received a confirmation email. 13 days left and the item was not shipped. Then I received an SMS alarm that they try to charge me second time and then even third time. Fortunately, at that moment I did not have sufficient balance, so they could charge me several times. I wrote them immediately, that I want to cancel that order, due to the fact that they did not ship it to me for 2 weeks and they tried to charge me few times. I received an answer that charging has been declined so they are not going to refund my money back. I said what about the first charge? It WAS successful, they charged me the price of the watch. But they keep on saying that they did not charged (even I have an SMS confirmation that the amount HAS BEEN CHARGED from my balance!). What should I do? How can I get my money back from them? Someone help me, please!
Terrible company!!! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! and the rudest Customer Service!

I placed an order with them online. The order was approved from my C/C company. Jomashop cancelled my order claiming they couldn't verify the order. After speaking with them over the phone, they said that they couldn't verify my address. Any smart person can pull up my address via [redacted] Maps or the like. I asked how can we rectify this. Jomashop said that they could finish the order if I performed a wire transfer. Classic bait and switch! The probably do that because the watches are knock offs. This way there's no re-course for the consumer. I said that I would never do that because I've never done business with you guys and I want fraud protection from my C/C company. Sales person hung up on me at that point.

Review: I bought a watch from Jomashop (Order # [redacted]) and decided to return it for refund or exchange for another watch. On Monday January **, 2013 I got a reply that my watch is not eligible for return or exchange since it shows signs of wear, and they they send it to their repair department. I have never asked or authorized them to repair my watch: it is brand-new item and I would like to sell it intact. I have been calling ever since every day to their customer service and begging them to mail me my watch but all in vain. Every day they are telling me that they would get in touch with their Returns and Repairs departments and leave a message but nothing happens. There seems to be a fundamental gap between their customer service and other departments. My frustration has no limits: my watch has been dusting on their shelves the whole week and I do not know what else I should do to retrieve my watch. Please, help me!Desired Settlement: RETURN ME MY WATCH IMMEDIATELY!!!

Buyer beware.

I've purchased two $$$ watches via Jomashop, and while they do have great prices, don't expect the Jomashop "warranty" to count for much if you have a problem with the watch. Jomashop is about the sale, not customer service.

The worst company I have ever done business with... Do not buy from them ever... Beware..they have the worst company.. The employees are rude and incompetent.. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He was rude and hung up the phone on me over a return issue. Buyers beware!! You have been warned.
