If I could give zero stars, I would
Their return policy is ridiculous. Basically if you use a code from the web...you get a store credit and no refund. EVEN THOUGH their clothing sizes are so far off from normal sizes. News flash Joyfolie...customers EXPECT credits to their bank/credit cards if your clothes don't fit...not a store credit! Welcome to E commerce, get with the trends. And while you are at it...send us a return bag and shipping sticker. You've ruined a long time customer relationship with your ridiculous policy.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! DON'T ORDER
I placed a large order prior to Christmas and several items did not work. First, there is no way on earth to contact these people and second they don't answer your emails. I have no credit for my return or credit to my account with them, They don't respond. Love to take your money but with mail order, it is common to have to return items. I am so disappointed. I love their clothes but they steal your money! Sharon Mercer

Attached are pictures of the clothing and shoes I receivedI received pieces of clothing sizes 4-and pieces size 6-The bathing suit top is a size which is not the sizing I selectedI feel the bathing suit top should not even be included as a piece of clothingWhat in the world would anyone do with a top and no matching bottoms? Furthermore, a bathing suit is not even considered a piece of clothing to begin withI received one pair of boots and two pairs of sandals size not size 5tI ordered three pairs of boots not sandals When you order the boots/shoes off the sample sale you have no size chart to go off ofThe sizing on the shoes are very deceptive in my opinionThe sizing listed on the shoes states size not 5t so if the shoe size listed on the shoe itself doesn’t say 5t the why on earth would you list this on your website? Please note that when you purchase from the sample sale there are no sizing charts to use like when you purchase a listed item that goes into detail about the sizing and fit of the itemFor example, the clothing I received says size 4, size 6, size 5, size the clothing I purchased says size 4-size 6-A size is very different then a size 4- I feel that my items were just thrown in a box to get rid of from your saleNothing was folded, everything was just balled up and thrown carelessly in a box Not to mention I ordered these items on December and emailed customer service and checked my account several times for a tracking number and never receive a response nor could I find a contact number for your store anywhere onlineI feel that my clothing I did not receive or that was sized incorrectly be replaced with the correct sizing as well as the boots I ordered be replaced with the correct size boots I need size that fits a 5t toddler and not sandalsComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

Our company policy, similar to others, states that items that are unworn can be returned for store credit or refunded within a 30-day windowThis is clearly stated on our websiteSince the items in this inquiry have been worn, we cannot honor a return as our policy clearly states we accept unworn merchandise onlyThat said, we generally have spare parts that we do offer to send to customers if parts of the shoe come apartThe customer in this situation did not request parts for repairWe also request pictures of the shoes so we can determine if it is a factory defect or if the defects are part of wear and tearWe support our customers and work to remediate any problem situationThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I was advised AFTER purchaseThe order went from being shipped on the 20th, to the 30th, to the 4th and now the 7thI'd wager everything I own on it not being shipped on the 7th eitherI was only updated about each delay, AFTER having to spend my time contacting this so-called businessYour customer service isn't even lacking, it's disgustingly non-existentAnd my daughter is the one paying the price as we do not have the time now to hunt down another suitable dressFurthermore, other items have already been purchased to go with the dressA lady in North Carolina handmade a custom headpieceI cannot return a custom made itemI want the dress I ordered via the shipping method I paid forYou can say expedite shipping is unavailable, but we both know how easy it would be to simply do soHow hard would it be to select the next button over and chose overnight instead of standard? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it has nothing to do with shipping policies After I made the purchase I received an email saying my product was on backorder I never would have purchased if I was told prior to paying it was on backorderI was then told that the product would ship on the 7th and I would receive an email with tracking info That never happened I placed the emails that were never answeredI than went onto their Instagram page to inquire bc joyfolie is very active on Instagram but somehow can’t respind to client emails Upon my inquiry many other customers began to comment that THEY TOO HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS about products they should have received weeks ago with NO RESPONSE! When I went to check if they had responded to my Instagram inquiries they BLOCKED ME! Talk about customer service! I will not let this company get away with treating paying customers this way If they can’t handle lots of orders hire more people I just simply wanted the product for my daughters birthday Needless to say I will never purchase from this store again!
