Customer purchased through our site on November 27th, 2014. They received an email from us on 12/17, 12/27. The customer received a full refund for her order, one refund in the amount of $31.40 on 12/22 and another on 12/17 in the amount of $194.60. This totals $226.00, which was the total for her...

order. To our error, the customer also received two of the items she was refunded for - via tracking number [redacted] delivered on 12/22. In total, this order has been resolved. If you should need any further clarification, please let me know. Thank you!

This customer was refunded on 12/14/16 in the amount of $26.00 for the damaged shoes. The refund was not made prior to this because our customer service team had very high holiday traffic.
