The Chase benefit department is wrong and has not been honest regarding the claim for" Trip Cancellation" I filed on December 9thThe card advertises trip cancellation as one of the benefit but it seems

When the benefit dept asked me how I eventually returned back to Chicago, I showed them proof of my travel on American Airlines that I BOOKED MYSELF on British Airways website and I used of my frequent flyer points and $that I paid with my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card

Chase did not actively contact me or discuss this with meI only got a mail from them which is just the copy of rejection letterI tried to call the telephone number on the letter, there is a guy who told me he can not transfer phone to the representative who is handling this case.I was originally recommended by my friend for this advertisementBoth his wife and he got approvedBecause the reason to reject me is "too many credit cards opened in last two years", I asked my friend how many he opened in last two yearsHe told me it is cardsIn my case, I only opened total cards in last two years, and one of them was already closed, and one of them is a joint card with my wife because she did not have credit history one year ago to open an credit card. I did not even use my wife's card.I am willing to submit any proof Chase want for further discussion, but Chase is not showing too much interest to discuss with meMy concern1) I completely do not understand why my application was rejected, because based on the reason of rejection my friend should also be rejectedI can disclose my friend's name and address information to Chase, but not here for privacy matter.2) My friend's wife got approved, I think my wife should also be approved because they have very similar background, both of them came to this country in and both of them are home maker.?Regards,

Dear Sir or Madam
I cannot access your messages on your web site this morning. Yesterday, the 20th of April, I still am not in receipt of any letter or communication from Chase Credit Card
Your site yesterday gave me two options: accept or reject Chase’s response by a certain date, rapidly approaching, or you would close the file
Since I have not received anything from Chase, I rejected their response as I cannot accept or reject anything that I have not received or read
Please keep this case open until Chase’s April 9th communique is received. days should be sufficient time to receive a letter. Perhaps Chase would be kind enough to simply scan over their letter via email. I am getting bored dealing with this issue
