**Chase had one lady call me yet she was suppose to call me back and she NEVER responded back to me even after I had to call her office times she ignored me Terrible customer service and horrific corporate response smh these jerks refuse to accept that their employee was in the wrong by telling me she was refusing to help meyou don't treat people like garbage!!! Chase CEO needs to call me asap or I'm going to contact a lawyer.

I was told that I could apply for Chase sapphire reserved credit card at branch to receive a 100k signing bonusAt first, my application was deniedThen, almost two months later, I tried to apply again at branchHowever, the banker who was not willing to help me apply for it and said I would not be able to get approvalThen, I tried to apply online at the same dayMy application was approved, but only has 50k signing bonusMy concern is that if the banker at branch was willing to help me submit another application, I will be able to receive the total 100k signing bonusIt was Chase's banker's neglect that caused my to lose 50k signing bonusI would like to have chase to compensate that despite my application was submit through online.
