chase bank refuses to take the hard inquiry off of my report which will hurt my credit reportThe credit card I applied for was advertised as being within my credit worthiness range and I would of never applied for the card if it was properly advertisedI spoke with a representative from chase who was no help and told me they will not remove the inquiry and that they do not care that failure to correct this discrepancy will ensure I will never use chase bank for anything in the future

Dear Sir;
On May 15th I received a call from Chase Fraud Dept., *** *** I explained the situation againInstead of simply removing the four fraudulent charges from my mothers account she was going to launch an investigation and would call me back on the 18th or 19thNo phone call, however on the 23rd my mother received two unsigned letters from the Chase Fraud Dept
Instead of four charges to the card they list eightOf the four new charges one was in August another in SeptemberMy mother did not receive the card until October! The other two charges do not appear on the original Novbilling either
The four fraudulent charges we have been complaining about since November 26, were not removed from my mothers accountThey are: Two on 11-08-at a Yokes in Spokane Valley, One on 11-01-at a Sears in Portland, Ore, One on 11-01-at a Fat Burgers in Spokane.
It should also be known the card was never activated before it was stolenThe non-stop lying and stone walling is too well practiced for this to be an isolated incident. It appears that Chase Bank is behind the FraudHow else could a card that had never been activated been used two months before it was received in the mail?
Again, we have all the supporting documentation for this complaintI could fax you a copy if it would help get the four fraudulent charges removed
Sincerely,
*** ***

They sent me a copy of the billing saying we agreed to pay however the billing agreement clearly states for the card they were given it does not allow for additional or different cards to be chargedThe reason we canceled and got a new card was to prevent this company from fraudulent charging us

I asked for an apology and also that they report this account as Chapter Bankruptcy I gave proof of this discharged debt to both Experian and also Chase Bank Regardless if they sold this debt prior to my Bankruptcy, it was to the best of my knowledge still owned by Chase Bank The debt itself was discharged regardless of who owned it and Chase Bank was notified as was shown in my documents I submitted It is my understanding that since Chase Bank has been given this proof, they are legally required to report it as discharged Experian has updated this information but also shows it sold to Riverwalk Holdings This is fine but I require something stating that Chase Bank is going to leave my credit report alone I have been trying to get this updated for quite a while but Chase continues to refuse to work with me Unfortunately I had to go above Chase Bank, straight to the credit reporting agency who agreed with me that the debt itself is discharged and as so, must be shown on the credit report as it is not written off anymore but legally discharged Being labeled as "Written Off" hurts my credit rating more than being legally discharged My attorney also agrees I also want to know how Chase Bank attached my attorneys name, *** ***, onto this debt I filed Bankruptcy in with this attorney I want to see all the original debt information, including the sale papers to Riverwalk Holdings as Chase claims to have sold it prior to being contacted by my attorney

[In the letter we received, Chase informed us that they would not address our issueChase claimed that they were not responsible for our misunderstandings despite the fact that even the customer representatives can't tell us which merchants are accepted in Blueprint Plan until AFTER the payments go throughAdditionally, Chase's online portal never indicated that we had to call the company in order to see the full payment amountInstead, Chase purposely misleads their customers by showing only the minimum Blueprint payment online, so that the customer will end up paying interest charges]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Credit CARD is NOT mine. I was an employee of Master Sound Co., Inc(a C corporation) who was the holder of the credit card. All the bills that Chase sent me were made out to the Corporation, why they added my name I don't know. I was a employee of Master Sound Co., Incand handled the accounting. They have NO checks from me personally. Only checks from Master Sound Co., Incsigned by me because I was the accountant. There are three other cards on this account (men) and they have chosen the only female to harass. They have offered no other proof of my personal responsibility for this debt. I can only assume that they have no proof.I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DEBTI have also filed formal complaints with Federal and State agencies over this matter. IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY

We had a credit card through Chase which was used to buy materials for a home renovation including a significant amount of plumbing supplies from Harbor Plumbing in Mamaroneck, NY. Due to failure to deliver on numerous items a number of credits were due from Harbor which were to be applied in three batches at three separate times. The first two credits were applied correctly but for the third one was not. The amount of the second credit was applied against the third credit due shorting us almost $1,000. We had numerous calls with Chase on this matter and the last call (when I canceled my card) Chase acknowledged the mistake they made but said since the case was with their dispute resolution department there was nothing they could do until the dispute resolution group finished their investigation. They refused to allow me to speak to a manger and said there was no way to contact the dispute resolution group that we needed to wait for them to contact us (this is what made me cancel the card) which they never did. When the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com Chase's response was that it was to late to follow up on this issue. They should have the notes in their system related to the day the account was cancelled showing we spent about an hour on the phone with them and that they acknowledged the mistake was on their side.
All we need to know if what needs to be done to have Chase return our money to us? Should we also open a dispute through you to reclaim the money through Harbor Plumbing
