We have indeed exchanged several messages with this customer and reviewed her particular case internally. Even though the hair extensions had clearly been used, since we always stand by what we advertise with regards to the quality of our products, we decided we would exchange her set for a new one....

The last communication we have with this customer dates back on September **, when she said she would return the set to us. There is no other message from her in our Inbox, or on our chat page. We simply did not know exactly when she sent it back or that she used a fast delivery option. Had we known that, we would have asked the customer for the tracking number on the returned package. We are not sure why there is no message from September ** or September **, as the customer claims, especially since we had previously exchanged more than a dozen messages with her. Moreover, we have not received her returned package at our offices, although we continue to receive mail every day. At this point, we were simply waiting for the customer's package, in order to send her a new set. We are sorry if the customer was left with the impression that we were ignoring her messages - that has never been our intention. We are willing to issue this customer a full refund, but we would like to ask that she send us a new message at [redacted] , with information regarding her returned package, so that we may find its whereabouts.

 I still have not received my order. The company has provided a tracking number for my order that was shipped and the tracking number states not found when I try to track. This business is ridiculous.

 The curler was received in used condition.  I have requested a full refund and for irresponsible me to pay for the return shipping of this junk they csent me.   The website will not allow new to print the return label and again no one responds via email.  Also they will not provide a telephone number to reach them by phone.

We are very sorry about this unpleasant experience. We've had some technical issues at our warehouse during this time, and because of these, we have resent the same order by mistake. We have taken responsibility for this matter in our communications with the customer and a full refund was issued.

It's standard procedure to charge a customer when the order is placed with the shipping taking place subsequently. In this case, as the order was delayed due to issues outside of our control, the customer has been refunded promptly, within 24 hours from requesting the cancellation of the...

We apologize for the prolonged processing time for this order. We were aware of the delay occurred in this customer's case and and we did everything possible to speed up the processing cycle. This order has been shipped today, and we sent the tracking number to the customer.

We are very sorry for keeping the customer waiting longer than necessary for her wig. Unfortunately, the wig had to be re-manufactured as it did not pass our strict quality control tests. In this situation, after consulting the customer, we have agreed to ship a slightly different wig which was in...

stock and in perfect condition. The wig has been shipped on the same day and has been received safely 3 days later. Each order wig is manufactured on request, in this particular instance, the delay was due to the fact that the quality was not to the standard we expected so we would have normally re-manufactured the unit from scratch. That said, we have agreed with a customer on a different solution. As a business, we have to continue our marketing efforts as usual and advertise our products. The order was actually shipped a few hours prior to the customer making this Revdex.com complaint, and it was delivered and signed for by the customer today (a day later). We went ahead and issued a 20% refund on this order, as a token of our...

appreciation for the customer's patience. If the customer still prefers to receive a full refund, we ask her to return the package to us using our free return label, and we will fully refund her upon receipt of the package.

As I alerted the company, until I receive my purchased product in a non defective and timely fashion from their newly established processing time (which they did not previously delineate appropriately on their website as they have now per my complaint with Revdex.com), only then will I accept their response and rescind my complaint. The company should take care and consideration in shipping and delivery information, properly separating their multiple products processing times and make sure the customer understands these as they make their final purchases. It's proper modern business etiquette.

Firstly, allow us to confirm that only one order has been placed from the customer's account and only one payment has been taken. As requested, this order has been canceled and the refund has been issued as well. We noticed a few failed attempts to place an order but only one order has been...

successful. The other transactions are probably a result of the bank putting the funds on hold temporarily, but no additional payments have reached us. We have explained the situation to the customer. We apologize for the misunderstanding and we have done all that was in our power to quickly remedy the situation.
