Stuart was extremely knowledgeable diagnosing the problems with all three of my computers and was able to clear them up. He also checked the programs on them and deleted many that I never used, primarily because I didn't know their uses. I am 84 years old, know very little about computers and am hard of hearing. Stuart was courteous through out the repairs and helped me understand him. He was very supportive.
