Good day to anyone reading this, Just Fly absolutely dose not care the smallest bit about their customers, I had a simple mis-spelling of my last name, one extra letter. After pleading with them not to charge me 75$, they were extremely rude, the customer service rep almost sounded happy about the situation I was in. After I agreed to pay, they gave me the WRONG information about the procedure, they instructed me to email my passport to the airline, and JUSTFLY provided me with the email. A few hours before my flight, the name was still not updated, I called the airline and they told me that JUSTFLY need to email them the passport from their email, not my personal email.
