Completely incompetent customer supportJustfly customer service rep gave me information regarding fees for changing a name on my flight reservation and only after I relied on that incorrect information, was I informed that I would incur over $in chargesAlso, after multiple calls to Justfly (one of which was over hrs) I received an incorrect flight itinerary

As some of the other complaints have also alleged, their cancellation and change policies are not at all as advertisedThey attempted to levy ridiculous charges, for example in addition to forfeiting the entire cost of my ticket to cancel, they threatened to charge me an additional dollarsTheir fares, to attempt to switch dates, were quoted to me as double and triple the amount online, and they would not change any other aspect of the ticket, effectively using their policies to force me to forfeit the ticket by not showing up for the flight, which is what the service representative told me to doShe didn't know any of the policies offhand, would put me on hold after each of my questions, and come back with conflicting quotes and information that did not add up

Extended cancellation policy is a scamIt is only good for the day you book your flightThey charge $to cancel flights and $change the booking/never gonna use them again

I started to book a flight with JustFly.com but they said they couldn't do the transaction right nowSo I went over to [redacted] and booked my flightsWhen I checked my credit card bill I found that JustFly had charged me and through that information found the reservationI tried talking to them about fixing this and they said I should dispute it with my credit card companyThis is awfulFirst they charge me when they said they wouldn't, then when they got caught they said to dispute the chargeTerrible business

I have contacted justfly.com on various occasions to cancel my flight due to medical reasons and they are advising they cannot assist meThe company has also violated me by asking I release medical records which is also illegalI am requesting a full refund

I bought tickets from Justfly [redacted] for myself and my daughter back in November My other daughter, who's only one year old broke her leg, so I am not able to fly, as I am taking care of herI called the company asking to change the dates or cancel a reservation, they said they need a note from a doctorI provided a note to them, now they want $fee for a change or cancelation flight for each person flyingThey're also asking for a full emergency room reportI've tried to file a claim through my [redacted] bank, they said it's not gonna work because they state on their website that tickets are non refundableI've tried calling justfly.com again numerous times , waiting up to an hour on hold each time, only to be told I'll still have to pay all the fees if I want to cancel or change the datesNot only that, but they've changed my itinerary times this past weekNow I have so little time in between my connecting flight, that I won't be able to make it even if I wanted to!

On the 17th of Jan I received a call that my daughter was stuck in Bangkok after traveling to Thailand, all booking went through JustFl***. China Eastern airlines told her she was not allowed to board their flight because their total layover time in China was over 24 hours and as American citizens they could not be there for this period of time (justfly did the booking and should have known this). Consequently she had to pay a $250 penalty fee to get her flights changed through justfly website where she booked her flight, IN ADDITION to the cost of a new flight for the amount of $933. She also had to spend another night in Bangkok. JustFly told her she needed to speak with China Eastern Airlines and totally brushed it off. BTW, getting through to JustFly took over two hours. Had she spoken with China Eastern BEFORE the original flight took off she could have gotten refunded. This was due to the fault of JustFly for delayed communication. When my daughter arrived back to U.S. I contacted JustFly but was told to email the corp. I called twice, emailed three times and to date NO RESPONSE. They droppped the ball and we paid the cost. I will never do business with JustFly nor would I EVER recommend then fraud of a business.

As a frequent travel customer I’m writing in regards to a very distasteful experience I had with this company I booked a flight to visit part of my family in Spain on April 9th, It’s also worth mentioning that it was my first time using “Justfly”I spoke with one of the supervisors called “Alli” who was the first of many problems in this fiascoShe was so rude and she also HANG UP ON MEIs this the costumer services that JUSTFLY offer? To whom it concerns: On March 24th, I decided to book a trip to Alaska. I searched online for cheap flights for me and my two kids. I found [redacted] had the cheapest flights, so I tried to book the flight. After entering all my information including my credit card, it told me the fare had increased by $400. I thought maybe the flight was filling up, and that’s what caused the fare to change. So, I opened a new tab and performed another search on [redacted] and got the same quote. I figured if I called them, they would get it all straightened out with the price originally quoted online. The lady I spoke to claimed she was having trouble getting my credit card to go through. She acted like she was trying different things, and finally, she said she would call me back. About 4 hours later, I still haven’t heard from her, so I called back and spoke to a different person. This lady tried to book the flight again and claimed to be having the same trouble. She tried several different options,

Issue: Differences in the quoted price as opposed to what is actually charged on the consumer’s credit card after bookingOn 7/19/I purchased tickets to Australia from Justfly [redacted] They sent me an email with booking confirmation for the tickets at a price of $Then I see a charge from JustFly.com in my credit card for $(including a $charge for seat reservations which they did not disclose anywhere), instead of $($1957.64+$27.90)I also checked with the airline and I had no seats assignedI called JustFly [redacted] customer service and they credited back $to my credit card and cancelled the seat assignment (later I had to pay $to the airline for the same seats)They then asked for a screenshot of my credit card statement and after a number of emails and phone calls they sent me email that they will reimburse me $(the correct amount should have been $= $-$- $but I let it go) in business day to my paypal

Justfly.com owes me a refund of $44467.17 for a unbooked and overcharged flight Here is the the full transaction history listed below: First of all I did not authorize them to bill me $4467.17, the flight that was supposed to be on was only $1120.00, not only that they billed me for an airline I did not choose either. There are over 1500 complaints on the BBB website from other upset people who justfly.com did this to. I purchased a ticket with JustFly and needed to cancel in April around Brussels Airport bombingJust Fly promised a credit if I fly within a year to the same destination with the same airlineTo use the credit you have to call a [redacted] I called multiple times with wide open dates, to be told, that they can't apply the credit to any of these flights because the Airlines has not provided them with a pricingWhen I asked "when can I use the credit?" I've been told they can't guaranteed anything, the problem is the airlines, may be, call after 12:00am or ...call in another 24hI made multiple calls and even spoke to a supervisor, but no resolution was offered! They sound like reading from a script, a broken record!The "credit" that they promised CANNOT be used ever!!! At this point I want my promised unusable CREDIT refunded...or any reasonable offer

I booked a roundtrip flight from Chicago Ill to Paris France using Justfly. I chose their flights on Air begin. My return flight was changed from 6/24 - 6/23 and I was notified by email, but did not have an itinerary. The phone numbers for Air Berlin to discuss the change nor did the phone numbers for Justfly work. I had to completely book, at the last minute, a new return flight costing 1500.00 dollars. I ended up calling Air Belin using their US number and they berated me and said it was my fault because I was a no show at the airport. I called customer service Justfly and they said they could do nothing because they had turned it over to Air Berlin. They were inconsistent in their communication and basically told me--tough luck.

I ordered airline tickets through justfly.com and it was fairly an easy process. The only negative point I must share about this company is that they charge you for seat assignments if you want to make a selection. Now I understand that most airlines do charge for seating. However, I purchased two seats at $13.95 a piece on one leg of a trip. When I received my booking confirmation only one seat was confirmed. They do however point out that the airline can't guarantee the seat confirmation, therefore I decided to call the airline ( [redacted] ) itself to find out why one seat was confirmed and the other not. The nice gentleman informed me that I didn't need to pay for the seats and that I could have just purchased the tickets and then call them to get my assigned seats. Now mind you, not all airlines do it for free before 24 hours of your flight, but [redacted] is the exception. He confirmed my seating and also assigned me two more seats for the next leg of our trip for free. So, this is just a warning to not purchase seats when you book your tickets. Do your homework. You can always purchase the seats if need be at another time. This was my first time ordering tickets through justfly.com and I think I will stick to doing business with the airlines itself. You know exactly what you are getting.

I booked a ticket with Justfly [redacted] on Oct.2, 2016 for a flight on Jan.8 from MIA to LAX and got my confirmation. The ticket was bought from Alaska airline(Flight 6431) and was operated by American Airline(Flight AA275). However, when I arrived at the airport, the American Airline refused to printed out my boarding pass because I was not on the list on the flight. Thus I missed my flight and ended up wasted a whole day and using my money to buy another flight to come back to LA. I have contacted both American Airline and Alaska Airline and they have provided me information that shows that Justfly [redacted] didn't finish their registration and therefore did not transfer my name onto the flight. Advertised in bold writing on their website:"Extended Cancellation Policy - You always have the option to cancel within hours of purchase without JustFly's standard cancellation fee!" When searching for a flight, I entered the date for traveling, the date changed when I was booking a flight for my son and granddaughter My son noticed the date when I forwarded the email to him We had to cancel and they charged a $fee I rebooked thinking that I could get a credit but was told I had to email them It's been a month ago and three emails and never heard from them yet I'm going to complain to Delta since that is who Just Fly booked us with Justfly has poor customer service and I'll never book through them again

Purchased flight tickets to leave to Ukraine on July 2, 2018. Subsequently was in an automobile accident on June 15, 2018 and injured as a result. Attempted to change the flight days and provided a report from my treating doctor stating that I will be in treatment for at least next 4 weeks which would take me to mid July and then another 4-6 weeks of treatment. All the information was sent to [redacted] on June 19, 2018. This was made in attempt to waive the $516 cancellation fee due to medical reasons. Still keep getting the run around requesting more and more information from the doctor that was already provided. Justfly [redacted] is attempting to cheat me out of the funds that are contractually can be waived. Their staff in obviously oversea office are not knowledgeable and have very poor English. They do not have any answers and can only read a script. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was transferred to another non-English speaking person, who also had no idea. F
