Worst customer service
I had the worst experience I had over the phone the lady I had had trouble understanding what I was explaining and also wasn’t to friendly and when I try to ask a question she would sound like a robot repeating the same policy over and over I will not recommend this site to my travel friends and family highly disappointed with customer service made me wait for hours called 3 diff times within the 24 hour period to adjust my flight to rebook and no one answered and ended up losing money that’s ain’t considered refundable. This so the worst site ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone at all waste of money and time

I contacted Justfly [redacted] to resolve an error in a reservation I booked with themThey state I made an error on the dates when I booked a flight from Cincinnati, Ohto Orlando, FlI wanted the flight to depart 12/25/and return 1/3/The reservation has me departing on 1/3/and returning the same day 1/3/I wanted to change the departing flight date and was informed that there would be a fee of $per ticket and a difference in fair of approximately per ticketI booked two tickets meaning they wanted an additional $to change the outbound portion of my reservation, when my original total for round trip tickets was only $I spoke to a Supervisor and was basically told "Tough Luck" I understand paying a difference in ticket price, but to charge a penalty of $per ticket is absurd and unacceptable!
