On the 17th of Jan I received a call that my daughter was stuck in Bangkok after traveling to Thailand, all booking went through JustFl***. China Eastern airlines told her she was not allowed to board their flight because their total layover time in China was over 24 hours and as American citizens they could not be there for this period of time (justfly did the booking and should have known this). Consequently she had to pay a $250 penalty fee to get her flights changed through justfly website where she booked her flight, IN ADDITION to the cost of a new flight for the amount of $933. She also had to spend another night in Bangkok. JustFly told her she needed to speak with China Eastern Airlines and totally brushed it off. BTW, getting through to JustFly took over two hours. Had she spoken with China Eastern BEFORE the original flight took off she could have gotten refunded. This was due to the fault of JustFly for delayed communication. When my daughter arrived back to U.S. I contacted JustFly but was told to email the corp. I called twice, emailed three times and to date NO RESPONSE. They droppped the ball and we paid the cost. I will never do business with JustFly nor would I EVER recommend then fraud of a business.

I started to book a flight with JustFly.com but they said they couldn't do the transaction right nowSo I went over to [redacted] and booked my flightsWhen I checked my credit card bill I found that JustFly had charged me and through that information found the reservationI tried talking to them about fixing this and they said I should dispute it with my credit card companyThis is awfulFirst they charge me when they said they wouldn't, then when they got caught they said to dispute the chargeTerrible business
I have contacted justfly.com on various occasions to cancel my flight due to medical reasons and they are advising they cannot assist meThe company has also violated me by asking I release medical records which is also illegalI am requesting a full refund
I bought tickets from Justfly [redacted] for myself and my daughter back in November My other daughter, who's only one year old broke her leg, so I am not able to fly, as I am taking care of herI called the company asking to change the dates or cancel a reservation, they said they need a note from a doctorI provided a note to them, now they want $fee for a change or cancelation flight for each person flyingThey're also asking for a full emergency room reportI've tried to file a claim through my [redacted] bank, they said it's not gonna work because they state on their website that tickets are non refundableI've tried calling justfly.com again numerous times , waiting up to an hour on hold each time, only to be told I'll still have to pay all the fees if I want to cancel or change the datesNot only that, but they've changed my itinerary times this past weekNow I have so little time in between my connecting flight, that I won't be able to make it even if I wanted to!
On the 17th of Jan I received a call that my daughter was stuck in Bangkok after traveling to Thailand, all booking went through JustFl***. China Eastern airlines told her she was not allowed to board their flight because their total layover time in China was over 24 hours and as American citizens they could not be there for this period of time (justfly did the booking and should have known this). Consequently she had to pay a $250 penalty fee to get her flights changed through justfly website where she booked her flight, IN ADDITION to the cost of a new flight for the amount of $933. She also had to spend another night in Bangkok. JustFly told her she needed to speak with China Eastern Airlines and totally brushed it off. BTW, getting through to JustFly took over two hours. Had she spoken with China Eastern BEFORE the original flight took off she could have gotten refunded. This was due to the fault of JustFly for delayed communication. When my daughter arrived back to U.S. I contacted JustFly but was told to email the corp. I called twice, emailed three times and to date NO RESPONSE. They droppped the ball and we paid the cost. I will never do business with JustFly nor would I EVER recommend then fraud of a business.
