Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:hi,? I? am sorry? I? missed the Revdex.com responses, they were going to spammy issue has NOT been resolved and it is getting worse, much worsethis was the original complaint: I started a refinancing loan with PennyMac several weeks agoat the time? I? was given a list of documentation, all of which? I? providedI then paid an origination fee, rate lock fee, and appraisal feeI kept being told that they had ALL they needed and were just waiting on the appraisalsuddenly, they sent me a list twice as long of documents they needI believe they intentionally waited until? I? had paid all those fees and was locked in with them to ask for unreasonable amounts of documentation with the purpose of making me abandon the loan and move onSince I initially reached out to you it appeared to be getting better, but now they are back to the beginning where they are asking for information? I? have provided in now multiple occasionsI? dont? know what else to do,? ive? spent over $trying to get this refinance done and they appear to just want to keep the money!I need them to either issue the loan or refund all my expensesthey keep dragging their feet hoping ill just give up and let them keep my money! No one from Penny mac Has reached out to me and has neither called or explained anythingThey did send me a generic letter stating that everything was correct but they did not show me any evidence in the way of and actually statement and how the numbers add upI want to see a copy of the pay off statement dated May 25th, and the then the way the payoff was calculatedThey refuse to show me the numbers at they relate to the pay off quote I received from may 25thI made my May payment so in my opinion the interest should have been much lowerThey charged me interest from May 1st, but They fail to recognize that I paid my may payment but they did not calculate that fact into their calculations Regards, M [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because I have notified PennyMac on several occasions about this issue and they have not responded with any resolution.? This response is now advising me I will receive information within days so the issue is still on going and to accept the day notice letter as a resolution is premature at this time.? Since I have not received any information from PennyMac to resolve this matter I must leave the complaint open until I receive a resolution within the days PennyMac has noted.? ? ?
