Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the only way I was able to get help with my issue was contacting Revdex.com and FTC now my online account does workHowever, during my call I requested my transcript and notes that are on my accountI cannot say I am satisfied until I receive that, since the only way to get what I want is to complainI do not feel comfortable closing this complaint until I receive all requested materialsOnce I receive the requested materials I will be okay closing this complaint, I do not want to call Penny Mac again their customer service representative hung up on me.?
