Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: it does not address my concernsI don't want to wait for an annual escrow analysis to see how my money is being allotted every monthI should be able to see this every month on my monthly statementIt appears PennyMac is trying to hide something or avoid being accountable to the customerThis is a very serious concern and I feel it is being taken far too lightly by PMI feel as if this is an attempt to dismiss my concerns and avoid responsibilityWhile the customer is not always right, neither is the loan servicerPlease keep in mind that I had no say in whether I ever wanted PM as my servicerUltimately the ideal resolution would be for PM to sell the loan or not block a refinance.? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10939194, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ? received a call from Penny Mac the day I filed my complaint hereThey then sent me a letter claiming they had not received formal notification that my uncle had diedI had provided the name and number of the lawyer in charge of the estate more than once? Also, according to my aunt (sister to the uncle) who is in contact with the lawyer, the lawyer had contacted PennyMac? However, I am just relieved that the harassment seems to be over? The house was purchased for $231,500, as of 2/17/we owe $178,or 77.27% of the initial purchase price? ? PennyMac still continue to not remove the PMI and charge $per month.? ? ? - Also, why is the BPO/appraisal being requested by PennyMac? The contract says, if request, it's only been years, why is this being requested? Your reps have stated "its required per the contract" numerous times and provided the contract, but the contract says, "if requested"Have you even read the contract? ? - Why does the PennyMac Website list my house as being valued at $270K and I owe ~$179K, or ~66% according to the PennyMac website.? Why is PennyMac not removing the PMI? (see previous submittal for documentation) ? - Why can't the company that did the initial assessment of the house value do the assessment now? Why was it good enough for the purchase if not valid now? What company's are approved in the Fort Worth, TX area that I can select from that are PennyMac approved for an appraisal? ? - Why did your repS [redacted] , at ###-###-#### on 2/14/stated that the PennyMac will not remove PMI until 78% the initial purchase AND the loan has been held by PennyMac for two yearsAs I am now below 78% of the initial loan purchase price, will the PMI auto remove when I have had the loan with PennyMac for two years?

Relying on written communication with PennyMac has so far not proven to be an effective means of communicationAlmost none of the facts identified nor simple requests for a corrective audit have been addressed, and authors appear un able to deviate from a position that PennyMac’s processes are infallible, whereas this position is easy to dismiss through simple logic? I will await written follfrom PennyMacNevertheless, I cannot stress too strongly that my overwhelming preference is to have a single, authoritative point of contact assigned that can be contacted reliably, to conduct the same manner of audit and evaluation previously been conducted by PennyMac with respect to the Escrow accounting, which resulted in the award of a significant refund to me
