promised by the representative that you spoke with, your $refund has been
processed. We attempted to contact you
on several occasions to make sure that you are completely satisfied but were
only able to leave Voicemails. Please
understand that we have thousands of members using our services to protect and
keep their families informed. When
members sign up they must agree to our very clear terms and conditions about
ongoing membership costs of $per month.
When members “forget” about cancelling their membership, it costs us
money to service those accounts and offer our full benefit package. Our representatives are trained to make sure
that members are completely satisfied but we do ask members to take some
accountability when they forget to cancel.
We apologize if you felt that P*** didn’t handle the call well and his
offer of a partial refund ($14.95) was simply part of our refund processWhen
you hung up on him and he contacted you back offering the full refund, our
protocol is such that he must ask you to confirm that you won’t also attempt to
refund the charge with your bank as that would result in a “double refund”. So, again, we apologize that your experience
was not positive but our representative was simply following protocol and

I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand why it takes days to "unsubscribe" what I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE! And the written response is inconsistent with the voicemail I got, saying TEN DAYS After the company rep called I received more emailsThe company representative misunderstands my concern Their emails don't frighten me or upset me by alerting me to what they claim is a great dangerThey ANGER ME because they misrepresent the danger, in my opinion, to get people to be afraid, and BUY their service, a service that is FREE to anyone with internet access I am not disturbed because they are telling me their are pedophiles in my area - "PEDOPHILE ALERT!" they scream AS I said earlier, the Michigan State Police FREE site shows there is NO convicted registered sex offender within a mile of my home AND our faulty registry doesn't identify registrants as pedophiles! So you can't know that anyway It is misrepresentation I don't want their service for free I already HAVE IT FOR FREE!
When I went through their site, before I was asked to pay and give my credit card, they represented that there were over sex offenders in my "area" whatever they mean by thatThat is just false In my entire zip code there are not anywhere near that manyStudies have shown that the registry doesn't protect us They may have all sorts of people believing it does But the evidence is to the contrary I spent years in the criminal justice system as a prosecutor and a judge I have studied the registry for over a decade I know what you are doing - selling something by frightening people - something they can get for freeI want them to stop misrepresenting to the public to sell free stuff

However, several days later he did send correspondence to all of our partner marketers and asked them to remove your email from distribution; this process can sometimes take up to business days to complete. So, it is possible that your initial reach out to our company will result in no further emails and it is simply a matter of time. I found this service very enlightening I was very surprised at the results As others have mentioned, I was skeptical at first - having to submit some information before I knew that this was a paid service I chose the option of days for $with no renewal instead of $for a trial with automatic $per month renewal I think the $was well spent (I learned something about someone I know.) I would not recommend the subscription service, and I do agree with other reviews that it is not readily easy to find the $fee for one-time use
I do recommend the service as long as subscribers run through the steps to realize what they are paying $very well spent

Well either you have scammers using your name or it is a scam, I got an email(I had multiple before) that use scam style type such as "Child_Predator_In_Your_Area" and most true email would not have an underscore like thatAlso the link goes to a URL shortener i.e bit.ly
