We appreciate the customer sending in the requested information. We have applied a $5.00 to the customer's Kohl's Charge ending in 6481.

Anytime there is dollar off coupon or Reward, it will be applied first to the merchandise and then the percentage off coupon will be applied. We have this listed on the back of our coupons and you can also find the information on our website, www.kohls.com.  At this time, we consider this matter closed.

We did attempt to reach out to our customer directly to reorder the item for our customer. Please have our customer contact ###-###-####.

2016. It also does appear that we credited our customer $20.00 for the
inconvenience.

Upon review of Kohls.com order #[redacted]
we are able to verify there was a pricing error. While Kohl’s reserves the
right to correct any errors, records do indicate the customer was promised a
price adjustment. At this time we can confirm a credit of $90.30 back to the original
form of tender....

shopping guidelines set by Kohl’s. We stand by our previous statement.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Kohl's is not affiliated with the coupon that is circulating on Facebook. Those coupons are being circulating by an unauthorized third party, not Kohl's.

Our records indicate a trace request has been opened with our carrier to research the missing item. Once we receive information for our carrier regarding the delivery details, we will reach back out to the customer.

Complaint Type:Refund / Exchange IssuesselectProblem:I made a $271.90 purchase Order #[redacted] on 11/25/16. As an advantage I was "rewarded" Kohls cash of $75. The TV began to malfunction so I returned it to the Fayetteville, GA store. I was only refunded roughly $190 because I used my kohls cash. I was unaware it would affect my return since this was my first time using Koh;s cash but the clerk told me to simply return the Kohls Cash order and I would be able to get the remaining $75 to my debit card. Order #[redacted] came in and I went on 12/14/16 to Mcdonough store to return everything so I could finally get all my money back. I was told I can not AND will not be getting my $75 back to my bank account but I will get a store credit of $75 Kohls Cash. At this point Khols has all their merchandise back and I'm still out $75 from my bank account. This is bad business that a company can just take your money and turn it into a store credit. The amount is still incorrect and Kohls is wrong.  I received 50 percent off another item.  But I've already said that several times and provide proof! HOWEVER after 3 months of this with emails, phone calls, me providing proof etc. I'm done!   Thank you Revdex.com for being champions and an advocate for consumers from big corporations that clearly take advantage.Once again please close the file!!

Review: I did a lot of Holiday Shopping and earned Kohl's Cash. I added all these Kohl's cashes to my wallet. Then for Christmas and New Year, I was traveling and I was never able to access kohls.com. I initially thought it is a temporary problem, but then I realized they block access from outside of US. (Access Denied -- You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server. --- Reference #18.587b874e.1452240700.516b513f)

Because of that, I realized I would never be able to use my kohls cashes in time and sent them an email whether they could do anything about it. They didn't even respond to my first email.Desired Settlement: Kohl's usually has a great customer service, I don't know what is happening now. I just want them to do a one time courtesy and let me use my Kohl's cash. It was impossible for me to guess that their website won't be accessible in the countries I was visiting.

We regret to learn the customer was unable to redeem their Kohl's Cash before it expired. Once the redemption dates have passed, Kohls.com and our store registers will no longer accept Kohl's Cash. In the past, stores may have made an exception to our policy to honor expired coupons; however, going forward this will not be the case and our policy will now be enforced. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate the request to honor the Kohl's Cash. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Review: I emailed kohls.com many timessage after placing order #[redacted].

I was short 2 pairs of jeans.totalling close to $45. I got a gift card in the mail for 10.16. Told me if I reordered they would adjust my next order and honor original prices.the jeans were no longer available in the sizes I ordered. I ordered the name girl jeans in my next order but in a smaller size to fit my younger daughter and they wouldn't adjust the price because they said I didn't order the same items. Yes I paid for original order with kohls cash, coupons and xdebit card but there is NO reason I should be punished ando cheated for not receiving,my items I have ordered.Desired Settlement: I should be refunded or compensated with a gift card for the cost of my missing jeans because I clearly can't replace 2 pair of jeans for 10.16 when eache pair cost over 20$.

We are happy to honor the original price paid for the jeans on a new Kohls.com order, but the merchandise must be the same item and brand. Review: I ordered two sets of suits from Kohls.com on Cyber Monday November 30, 2015 based on the advertising pictures and description of the items on the company's website. Upon receipt of the item item on 12/7/2015, I observed that rather I received only the jacket rather than the full suit represented by the picture advertisement for the sale price of $60. The item chosen was. Men's Apt. 9® Slim-Fit Solid Suit. My order number was Order #[redacted] and on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 8:25 PM (C

I was very disappointed and felt misled by the advertisement which lead me to believe that I was purchasing a suit instead of just a jacket.

Additionally, I attempted to change to color of the one of the jacket before the order was shipped and was told that I would have to order a new item for pick up at the store (which would require making additional payment).Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a receiving the full suit reflected in picture for the advertisement for the item purchased on Black Friday.

Review: I ordered an item from kohls.com (herein "the website") and was delivered the incorrect item. I contacted Kohls customer service who instructed me to re-order from the website to have the original desired item. I followed their instructions, and ordered the item from the website. It was delivered on November on November 28th with the same incorrect item delivered.

I once again contacted Kohls customer service, who told me my only option was to return the item.Desired Settlement: I would like the original item that I ordered without having to order again and risking getting the incorrect item. I would also like Kohls to own up to their mistakes.
