kohls used their c c without my authorization.
I placed an order in kohls.com and used my Visa card to pay. Kohls used my kohls c c for payment, without my authorization. I started receiving bills with finance fees and called to complain. I was hung up on 3 times. I wrote a letter to kohls customer service and they reversed finance charge but submitted my name to credit companies. I called customer service and they said I must of used my kohls account which I did not. They ruined my credit scores! I had outstanding credit score until they submitted a false claim and they won’t reverse it even though I had my finance charges removed completely and have a negative balance. I also cancelled my c c due to their horrible customer service, who did not help me in any way. I’ll have to contact all 3 credit companies.

Our records show a return for Kohls.com order#[redacted] was processed on 12/14/15, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Kohl's does stand by ite's previous statement. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

We can confirm an associate did attempt to contact our customer July 18, 2016 as well, and was able to leave a voicemail advising our customer to call in.  The customer is also able to call in ###-###-####, but unfortunately, we do need to speak to our customer.

We have resent a Kohl's Merchandise Credit with the amount of the return on it. We advise the customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive it. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The reason why I feel that this is not a adequate response to my complaint is that they are responding in the standard way "here is your gift card back".  No!  I would like to ensure that the process is changed or altered to contact the customer in some why letting them know that the order has been cancelled.  I was waiting for this order, and it is unacceptable for them to blow it off and act like its no big deal.  The customer service representative has no concern what so ever that my order was cancelled, or that no contact was made.

I reject because when I PAID OFF the account it was paid off, then BAM, more charges. And I am NOT paying an ADDITIONAL $10 just because I have to pay by debit card. That's ridiculous. The constant calls from the area code [redacted] phone # are harrassing and they don't say anything and don't leave messages. RESOLVE NOW.

Is my information floating around somewhere as well???

I don't know if they have my registry mixed up with someone else or what because we did not return anything to Kohl's from our registry and I did not count any items that I purchased after our wedding, so I find their response insulting. Before this experience, I shopped at Kohl's regularly for over 12 years. I had every right to ask this question but their response seems almost argumentative. I would rather spend $44.00 of my own money at the other stores in my area where I am treated with respect and valued as a customer. I appreciate the assistance from the Revdex.com for contacting Kohl's and attempting to resolve this issue.   Regards,

Our records indicate, there were several different purchases for Dyson vacuums and due to our purchase limits with specific items, her orders were cancelled as she was over this limit for the sales event. This information is listed on our kohls.com as well as all of our sales advertisements.

We have applied a credit to our customer's gift card ending in [redacted] The amount applied is $224.69 and that is effective as of December 22, 2016.

Upon review of order [redacted], we can confirm a full return was processed for the order. The refund amount was placed back to the customer's Kohl's Charge account. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within...

charged for the replacement order. For the inconvenience and frustration, we
