I would like to add that I truly do appreciate both the response Kohl's gave to me and super kind gift card gesture, it's exactly what I had hoped for!  And I certainly do look forward to my continued shopping with the Kohl's stores, thankfully there are "plenty" to choose from.

We have
processed a credit back to our customer’s Kohl’s Charge account in the amount
of $786.45 for the merchandise from Kohls.com order#

advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order # [redacted] on 12/22/15, back to the customer's [redacted] ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern in regards to her Kohl's Cash. In the complaint, the customer states she received an email stating her payment method was changed. Once we receive that, we will be happy to look into assisting our customer with her Kohl's Cash inquiry.

a $10.00 credit on our customer's Kohl's Charge ending in 6753 for the Kohl's
Cash he did not receive.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced. We are more than happy to honor Black Friday pricing, as long is it not a doorbusters since that was exclusive for Black Friday.

I have replied to the company directly now many times on this issue and they agreed and I have confirmation via email from them numerous times advising they will be issuing the Kohl's merchandise credit of $175 in the mail to me. I confirmed this over and over and they advised to wait 14-30 days which I did and have done. They continue to pass me from person to person with no assistance and this still unresolved. The receipt was included in the returned items to your company all of which has been confirmed received over and over with your customer service team. I have been asked then for the tracking of shipment which I have sent also over and over and now your representatives transposed. Please know our customer will be receiving a Kohl's Merchandise Credit (KMC), which was issued on April 18, 2017, in the amount of $35.00. Our customer will be receiving this in 7-14 business days.

Product finally arrived. Company sent product in wrong size. Called company, they told me I had to send it back, wait for the refund, then reorder product and wait for them to send the right product. Finally decided to take 3 hours out of my day to take bus to actual store where they didn't have the same product since it's only available online and had to exchange for a product I really didn't want since it isn't the right color. I'm so extremely frustrated with this company and advise NO ONE to do business with them.

I was told back on 9/3/14 that I would be receiving a merchandise credit in 10-14 business days then. I never received it, I had to call back to find out what was going on 9/29. A month later I am still waiting on the merchandise credit! Instead of just re-ordering the items with the merchandise credit like I was told on 9/29, they just mailed me out another merchandise credit. I don't understand why I have to wait more days on a merchandise credit. If there was an issue with you sending me the merchandise credit the first time I would think the solution would be to overnight me the merchandise credit with a tracking number to ensure I received it or just re-order the items I want. Instead I have to wait to see if I will even get the merchandise credit in the mail this time. Its a month later and I am still waiting on the items that I need by the end of this month. At this point I don't think I will get the items that I need by 10/31 because I have to wait to see if I will even get the merchandise credit in the mail. I explained this situation when I called on 9/29 and that is when I was told that I could just call customer service and they would re-order the items for me using that merchandise credit. This is a lot of back and forth when all this can be prevented if Kohl's would just re-order the items that I need.

We received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have advised the customer a refund was already processed on 01/19 for the order, We encourage the customer to be patient as the credit will appear in an average of seven days back to the form of tender.

variety of promotions that all customers can take advantage of. Some products
are not discountable andexcluded from offers. These...

products are
identified by store signs and on the Kohls.com product page. Unfortunately “The
Balm” exclusionis
not a decision made by Kohl's, but by the vendor themselves. We are
unable to accommodate the customer’s request for monetary compensation. For additional information regarding exclusions please
visit Kohls.com.

Upon review of Kohls.com order number [redacted] we can confirm a refund was processed 01/13/15. The
credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your
account.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with their Kohls.com order. We have processed a return for our customer in the amount of $54.10, which will be applied to the Kohl's ending in 4113. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to process.

Upon review of our customer's order, it appears we have issued a credit for Order 3391466152, it does show we applied an adjustment of $12.45 on March 28, 2017 to the Visa ending in 1377. Also, the $10.00 was deducted from our customer's return because he did use the $40.00 he earned on Order...

3391466152 on March 30, 2017. It does state on the Kohl's Cash, if merchandise purchased earning Kohl's Cash coupon is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the value of the Kohl's Cash previously earned will be deducted. Our customer can also refer to the following link for more information. https://cs.kohls.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/125Kohl's does stand by it's Kohl's Cash policy and at this time, we do consider this matter closed.
