Kohl's does stand by it's previous statement. At this time, we do consider this matter closed.

Our customer has been compensated accordingly for the replacement rug. As such, we consider this matter closed.

We have confirmation there was a $30.00 credit approved and completed to the credit card on file on December 28, 2016. The customer will need to follow up with their banking institution. We stand by our previous statement.

Revdex.com:The link, that the business included in their response, mentions that "You won't be able to use Kohl's Cash or Yes2You Rewards when you buy certain items at Kohl's or Kohls.com". I used Kohl's Cash on this purchase, so shouldn't have a problem with the 15% discount, because the site also mentions that the Exclusions are for Select Consumable Brands.
So not for All Consumable, only "Select".But I accept the business's response in reference to complaint ID [redacted] to close this case.Thank you for your help.

We apologize for the experience. A full refund for the customer order will be issued to the customer's original method of tender. If Kohl's Cash was redeemed, it may be refunded in the form of a KMC, which will be mailed to the customer.

The gift card policy on the gift card does have a disclaimer in which it states a gift card is unable to be tendered with another gift card. Unfortunately, we would not be able to refund the gift card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have processed a $30.00 gift card for our customer as agreed. AT this time, we consider this matter closed.

08/15/15. Her Rewards account was merged, and all her applicable points were

[redacted]This is not stated anywhere on your site. Kohls did not have my permission to charge my gift card for the amount that they did. This needs to be refunded immediately.

Although I was finally able to use the expired Kohl's cash, it took a total of literally hours on the phone to do so. I believe Kohl's policy should be to issue some sort of non-expiration merchandise credit in these situations where an order that used Kohl's cash was canceled. In my case, the value was technically put back on, but since the cash expired before I even knew of the cancellation, the only way to use it was to call in and have a rep use it manually.

In the future, Kohl's shall credit at minimum the value of the items that did not arrive at the guaranteed time. This resolution is frowned upon for the fact I have delivery information that the items were in town on December 33rd and not delivered. Kohl's needs to work better with their customers to agree to the solution to upgrade deliveries to overnight status to ensure this issue does not continue to happen. Especially when the total order was broken down into separate deliveries from an individual order.

We have partnered with our Corporate Refund Department to have the Kohl's Merchandise Credit mailed to the customer. We advise the customer they will receive the check in 5-7 business days from today's date. We apologize for any inconvenience.

On December 28, 2017, we processed to two rebates for our customer in the amount of $12.00 each. Please advise our customer to allow 4-6 weeks to receive in the mail.
