I have purchased lip kits, glosses and a metal from Kylie cosmetics and I have had nothing but positive experiences with each transactionThe site was continuously improved upon with each restock in terms of checkout wait time and product availabilityI received the products quicker than the estimated dates each timeThe products themselves are great quality in my opinion and I wear them nearly every dayI think Kylie cosmetics has done an excellent job of responding to customer inputThe Kylie app has been an excellent resource for information on the lip kit restocks and I appreciated the tutorial videoThe fact that the products continue to be in such high demand speaks for itself but based on my own experience with the brand I can say that this for good reason

It appears that the customers’ email to us may have not been clear to the customer service representative, and they provided the tracking number for the order instead of asking for photos of the item the customer did receiveIn regards to the customer emailing times in a row, we do recommend to only send one email, because sending multiple emails will delay our response timeSince our email response time is 24-hours, if you continue to email from the same email chain it will put the customer to the front of the queue with the new emails, and we answer the oldest emails firstEven though the customer emailed quite a bit, we were able to resolve the issue within our 24-hour email response timeI have attached the email chain for your reviewTo confirm we have issued the replacement order of the correct product to the customer, and it will be shipped shortly

Hello, site(see attached)The shipping is a flat rate, and it is calculated by USPSUnfortunately as the customer stated the package was sitting for about days, sometimes when packages once international packages make it to customs, they aren't updated until they're deliveredPlease keep in mind that colors will appear different on everyone depending on your skin tone and lip pigmentation

All the products I have received have been wonderfulThe formula of the lipsticks are non-drying to the lips and super pigmentedI own ones from Colourpop as well that are very different and very dryingI have gotten my hands on all the colors I wanted and am just waiting to order the new paletteI have had nothing put a positive experience with this brandI also love their social media posts

Hello, In the customers' 9/email she stated (the following is exact customer verbiage), "It felt very heavy which was unusual when I opened it it contained a box of rocks and a newspaper clipping fro Newport Oregon and no Kylie cosmetics." I can confirm that we only paid for shipping that would accommodate a package with a maximum weight of oz., therefore a package was not shipped with rocksAs the rocks the customer sent would weigh well over oz, and please note our black boxes by themselves weigh oz In addition, in our facility we exclusively only ship Kylie CosmeticsBased on this information it is impossible that the customer received a package from Kylie Cosmetics containing rocks, there will be no replacement package issued

I was very excited to buy this lipkit and the product did not meet the priceI paid plus $shipping almost for a product I was unhappy with I bought Dolce K and the lip liner was ver sheer I needed a few coats to even get a decent amount of colorThe lipstick started flaking almost immediatelyVery dissapointing that I spent my money on this product that was so pricey and did not deliver quality

Hello, The customer advised that their emails, from email [redacted] @outlook.com, do not reach usI did check our inbox and I don’t see any emails from this customer, alternatively I would recommend ensuring that they are sending emails to [email protected] this is still the case that they are not able to send email that reach us, I recommend to try sending emails to us from a different email addressI did check the status of the customers’ order K1833367, and according to tracking LN#####S the package was returned back to our hub in OxnardOur policy requires that all returned packages are cancelled and refunded

As the customer did respond to us rather quickly they did continue to respond more times, which then put them to the front of our queue with the new emails As previously mentioned we do answer the oldest emails firstIn addition, our email response time is 24-hours, see policy attached, and we did respond within this time frame

Although the shipping tends to be around days after the confirmation email, the product is greateverything I order always arrives in perfect conditionI've ordered lipkits from Kylie, and was only dissatisfied with one because the color didn't look good with my complexion

My first order with Kylie cosmetics was fineI understood that it would take a while and that I would have to pay customsThe last time that I ordered, I ordered a gloss and it arrived quicklyI made sure not to buy a metal matte because I heard they were only filled up half way however the gloss that I received was genuinely less than half fullI posted about in on social media and one person said that it is for all glosses to do this but there is no way that it is to be that low down in the tubeThe product didn't even stay on past minutes as well

Hello, To clarify the customer did not advise us that she was sick or ill, please see emails attachedand since the package was not claimed by her and Royal Mail it was returned back to our HubOur representatives were merely stating our policy and we were empathetic to her concerns about how hard our lip kits are to getPer our 7/email we advised, "Unfortunately, our policy requires that all returned packages are cancelled and refundedSo sorry for the inconvenience!" I am able to resend out the package back to the customer as a one time courtesy but if this package unclaimed, returned back to us, or lost we will not be issuing another replacement

I have made purchases from Kylie CosmeticsIn one of my orders I received the wrong colorI emailed customer service and they sent me the correct color and I received it in a few days Not only do I think they have great customer service, they have an amazing product! It truly lasts all dayPeople ask me how I get my lipstick to stay for so long

Kylie cosmetics gave me a lip liner that wasn't fully filledIt slide around inside the pencil and I sharpened it but I basically has no productI emailed them and got no responseDisappointingTheir liquid lipstick also was very drying and I couldn't even wear itHorrible company

I ordered my Kylie Lip Kit on June 6th and received it in my mailbox on June 11thThe product took days to come in which is what the fine print said would happenI ordered a Koko K Lip Kit and really love the colorThe lip liner is nice, however it breaks easilyThe matte lipstick is long lasting, and vibrantMy only complaint is that the lipstick is difficult to remove unless using makeup removerOverall, I like my lip kit, I received it in a timely manner, and I will continue purchasing products from Kylie Cosmetics
