Kylie cosmetics lipstick is by far the best lip product I've usedI honestly believe people won't even give this product a chance, or have anything positive to say because it's Kylie JennerI am writing this review because I've purchased multiple lip kits and I've had nothing but compliments and positive results personallyThe kit literally stays on at least hours regardless to if I'm eating or notI will continue to purchase from this lineThere have been times when shipping took a little longer, but it's nothing to cry aboutAnd for everyone who complains about the price and shipping, I'm not sure where your finding better quality than this lipstick AND lip liner for that priceEveryone of my friends who have negative things to say about Kylie will see my lipkit and tell me how much they love itAnd then when I tell them it's Kylie lipkit they're surprised because they only hear negative things about the productI'm not sure what delusional land people are living in who try it and have such horrible things to say

Hello, Our response time for emails is 24-hours, (see attached) and the customer did email us consecutively on the 13th and then the 14th, from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails firstOur products are filled to net weight before they leave our factoryOur metallic matte lipsticks have a different consistency than our regular matte lipsticks; these lipsticks have more of a mousse-like, texture as opposed to a liquid consistency like the mattes.Because of the thicker consistency, this product can appear to move within the vial; please note that this is completely and is not a defect or an indication of missing product

I bought my niece Kylie cosmetics for Christmas, the lip kit was TERRIBLE! I purchased and one was not what I wanted and the other one was a pretty red and after wearing it for about an hour it started drying out and you could see the lip liner showing throughI contacted the customer service for an exchange on the product I didn't like and they said ALL SALES ARE FINAL I completely understand but if a customer is not satisfied with a (very expensive) product they should exchange it for an item they will actually useNo other business would be able to get away with not making sure customers are satisfied with their product I will absolutely never purchase anything from this business again!
