The total amount of the charge to my account is $On 5/when I made my call to them they credited my account for 43.82, 50% which they said was all they would refund.I am objecting to the fact that they are not refunding all the of the unauthorized chargeNow they say they have refunded the $43.82, which must refer to the 5/credit because as of today there is no addiitional refundThey are not truthful when they say they always include terms with delivery because I received nothing of the kindLooking at the La Creme website I see other complaints, and as a matter of record, they use the advertising slogan used by Stryvectin, "Better than Botox." They are not running an ethical business in my opinion. *** ***

LA creme is a scam, it appears impossible cancel weekly charges to my account I have made attempts, their scam is well developed and confusing by design The second time I was charged for the cream and called and complained they tried to say I only cancelled previously "for one product only" WRONGThat is the scam They maintain that the new products they keep charging for with similar names "were not cancelled" So after much back and forth and their attempt to negotiate "again" another settlement, I finally threatened to contact the Revdex.com and make negative reviews online, then finally (after being put on hold) agreed to send a "full" refund for the second charge (we did not receive the product thank goodness this time)
However, not only did we NOT get the full refund of $dollars, (supposed to be 3-5) as agreed complete with a confirmation #; one week after the second complaint and 2nd cancellation attempt, they deducted my account again for $and when we called they were nasty to my wife and said the "new" charge was not showing on her account and didn't know what she was talking about
So I called back, and they said they would resubmit the 2nd refund and gave me a new confirmation #, and again said we would get it in 3-day But when asked about the 3rd charge the person acted like he did not know what I was talking about and tried using the confusion technique by repeating an repeating about the previous refunds, I finally stated I was contacting the Revdex.com and other websites to complain, he put me on hold for minutes and when he returned said something vague about refunding, and hung up when I tried to get clarification
For the record, we did get the first partial refund because they will probably make a big point about actually sending a refund, But I need more refunds and for this automatic account debiting to STOP I would never recommend anyone to get suckered into this business scam

This is a total rip off - I wanted to try so I signed up for the day free trial
They took ten days to send the product, I tried it for five, sent them an e mail stating I was returning the product and they said too late - they had already charged my account because the THE FREE TRIAL STARTS WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER!!!!!!

The consumer placed the order on 09/09/This is when they paid the initial $and this began the day trial period to sample from the initial day supplySince there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the day supply on 09/23/as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed toThe consumer contacted our company on 09/25/with a request for cancellationThe account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.
